Chris Skillman was easygoing and no pressure. He let me lead my search for a used Honda CR-V. Once I found the perfect used car, Chris was great about informing me exactly how long the buying process would take and exactly what we'd be doing. I was familiarized with the service area and members of the service department, introduced to the finance department and given a tour of the guest lounge. After my purchase, Chris ran through the features of my CR-V once more in case I wished further clarification. I have purchased new cars twice and used cars twice in my life.
