We bought a BMW 430i convertible at Carsmart from Zeke and couldn’t be happier! We’ve had the car for two months and love it!! They were so kind at the dealership from Zeke to the manager, they were all so great!! It was refreshing dealing with a dealership that didn’t feel slimy. Horrifically scummy dealership. They added on additional charges after already settling on an out the door price and forced me to pay more than what I signed for initially. Our salesperson Matt was incredibly unprofessional, swinging a giant vape around me and my mom the entire process and frankly didn’t care that he messed up the out the door price. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

Buyers be aware! My experience with this dealership was not a pleasant one! As an out of town customer, I had identified a particular vehicle that I was looking for and had spoke to 3 different people at the dealership (Shawn, Trey, and Zeke) about the vehicle and the shipping process. On that note: I was quoted 3 different shipping prices in discussion about the vehicle that kept going up. Very shady! Shawn called and discussed the parameters of purchase after running my credit. He confirmed that I was approved for the purchased after reviewing my application and assured me that the out-of-town purchase process would be a breeze. He requested proof of my personal information, and as soon as my information was sent, he went ghost. NO UPDATES! I had to call back several times as well as text to get an update on the process. Then when I did get in contact with someone a day later, all of a sudden, I'm was told that Shawn's unavailable and the vehicle that I had agreed to purchase was sold to someone else the night before. I was literally waiting in anticipation for an update on where I needed to send my funds to complete the process as well as what would be the approximate ship date. I didn't even receive a courtesy call or anything stating that the vehicle had been sold. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional by CarSmart.net. I will never attempt to buy anything though this dealership again. Disappointed customer!
