When we purchased our Aviator we purchased a service package that was supposed to cover all needed service. When our car was finished with service and a repair that was not completed the first time it was supposed to we were told that it needEd over $1000 additional services. I checked my paperwork and called back the next day to inform them that our service contract should cover required services. The person I was talking to investigated and told me that the services they wanted me to do were recommended not required. Very deceptive.
