My husband and I stopped by to look at the Lincoln

My husband and I stopped by to look at the Lincoln Nautilus on our way to most likely purchase a car at another nearby dealership. Fred Fulbright greeted us and spent some time getting to know us and what we were looking for in a new automobile. He was very patient as we discussed wants and needs and looked around to make sure that we found exactly the model that we wanted. Great experience!!

My wife and I were out looking to purchase a new car and stopped by Parks Lincoln dealership in Tampa FL. We were greeted by Fred Fullbright, who greeted us with a smile and made us feel comfortable while we explained the type of car we were looking for. I must say this was the best car shopping experience we’ve ever had! During our 42 years of marriage, we’ve purchased many cars. Fred was polite, professional, informative, and answered all our questions. He had lots of patience with numerous questions we had, regarding the car we were interested in purchasing. He is a wonderful and amazing salesman, he makes everything so enjoyable that we completely forgot we were buying a car, he makes the whole car buying experience like no other! My best Sunday even at Lincoln with Fred Fullbtight🎉 we went just to get one car and we end buying 2!!! 🥰

Parks Plus is a skam!

Parks Plus is a skam! I brought my truck in for door guards. It’s just a chincy piece of tape. I sent it back to the detail shop to get them on right. Now they are coming off and filling with dirt at the contours of the door. The door handle guards initially came out with finger prints and lint. That went back to the detail shop tree times too.

Friendly and professional service. While waiting for completion of service, staff offered to drive us to a nearby place for breakfast and then picked us up. Great customer service!
