Mike was very helpful working with us to find a new Navigator. However, that brand new car had MANY issues and we had to take it back less than a month after purchase. He was extremely helpful informing us of our options in returning the car.

This is my first Lincoln.
This is my first Lincoln. Had Cadillac Escalades and Porsche Cayennes in the past. In comparison, I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Park Lincoln Sales and Service Departments. Ozzy, Ryan and Dillion in Wesley Chapel Sales were true professionals. Harry in Service at Lincoln Tampa was outstanding. If this is the way they treat their customers, I may be buying Lincoln’s from Park for a long time!
