Parks Lincoln of Tampa

I was coming from autonation Lincoln of Clearwater, I had ordered a custom Nautilus Black Label and had a really awful experience with one of the salespeople who is no longer working for them. The manager there was very sweet and refunded my deposit money, and there was a salesman that I met named Raheem that was very friendly and helpful. However, I decided to go to Parks Lincoln of Tampa because they offered to bring me a sample car to test drive, after talking to Sebastian Gonzalez- Who is a very professional salesperson and is willing to provide a 5 star VIP service experience for me. He came over to my place and not only brought me the new nautilus to test drive, he explained everything and even drove me to the bank to get the cashier check to pay for it. He also was able to get my car to me ahead of schedule and drove the car to me , so , I didn’t have to go to the dealership.. I Love my new nautilus Black Label- It’s amazing !!! I offered to drive him back to the dealership, so he didn’t have to take an Uber , and ended up meeting the manager at Parks Lincoln, who was extremely nice also. I had overpaid and was refunded the extra money ( very honest dealership!) Parks Lincoln is a family owned business and they take care of you as if you’re part of the family here ! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and absolutely recommend them as well as Sebastian Gonzalez! It was such a different experience than I had previously.. I am very happy I called him. I am excited to have Parks Lincoln of Tampa as My dealership and feel secure knowing that they will be taking care of me going forward- which is extremely important because this is who will be providing services for my car for years to come and I can rest assured that I won’t have any issues whatsoever.. Thank You Sebastian for your excellent service! I feel like a VIP at Parks Lincoln and I love it!

From the time I contacted Parks Lincoln Tampa to the delivery of my new Lincoln Natilus was a fantastic experience. The sales man Sebastian was so friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Was so polite and respectful. He delivered our new vehicle from two hours away. Excellent customer service.

There was a mix up. On date but they were able to accomodate. Also there was cofusion on cost vs dealership. Again it was worked out. Park lincoln is onof tge best dealership i have done business with.

We purchased a used SUV and it was the smoothest transaction we have ever had. Marco spoke with us on the phone and referred us to Fred, when we arrived he had the SUV up front and keys ready.. From start to finish the experience was a pleasure, no hard sales tactics. If you want to but a vehicle in a stress free, no pressure, professional manner Marco and Fred are your team. We were in, test drove and purchased our SUV in record time. Fred Fullbright was our salesperson and he really makes you feel like family, my husband said he was well versed on the SUV and made the deal easy to complete. The showroom is clean and really nice. Everything Fred promised us was done, if you are looking for a vehicle Fred Fullbright is who you want to buy from for the best experience.
