I NEVER make reviews, but this one is well-deserved. This was my first time buying a car, with low credit, and a horrible driving record; I HIGHLY recommend... Joe Roussell. He's very adamant about doing what will work with the client, not him. The manager Ahmed Fajad, helped me get the most affordable insurance I can get with a bad driving record. Out of all the dealerships I went to, they cut my insurance by hundreds of dollars!! All in all, SUPURB salesman and dealership!!

Superb deal......my salesperson Stefano Albanese gave me great service.....he is a genuine salesperson......he cared about my needs and ... got me into a car that totally fit my budget.......and a car I love.......the service dept. is outstanding also.
The worst to Deal with you go for Oil change 3:30 meanwhile there is 3 cars in Garage 🙄then it's one lady in there always hustling Customers you need... this and that like Really .
Really deceiving policy with regards to coming off a lease. Was told final payments would be paid off if we bought another vehicle. When we went to sign... the loan documents the cost of lease buyout was added to the purchase price. I would highly discourage anyone from buying anything from this dealership.

I have worked with Pine Belt in the past. This is a great place. I am happy that I had a great experience with them again. Matt Troncone is exceptional... and represents Pine Belt very well.
Inquired about early return of leased car if a certified pre-owned was purchased. Salesman said dealership would buy out the remaining payments as long... as another car was purchased. When contract as presented for signature, we discovered that the equivalent of the remaining payments was simply added to the price of the certified pre-owned and now being FINANCED over 72 months! So the result would have been CONTINUING to pay the remaining payments only ROLLED INTO the new car's financing...while they took back the originally leased car. We stopped negotiating and walked out immediately. We won't mention the salesman's name who apparently is just a cog in the machine at Pine Belt Nissan.
My last trip for service I was told I needed new tires on my 2016 rogue. I asked the service dept why and was told that I should have had my tires rotated... on a regular basis. If they had checked their records they would see I have been going every 4 ,000 mi for oil change tire rotation,etc.
Our salesperson was Chris Cirillo. He was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help us navigate the car leasing process both before,... during and after we leased our car. He went above and beyond with everything from hearing what we wanted in a car, the monthly payment and color. He even went a step further and showed us where the service department was, as well and introduced us to the staff there. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy/lease a car because he makes the process so easy and stress free.
