My last trip for service I was told I needed new tires on my 2016 rogue. I asked the service dept why and was told that I should have had my tires rotated... on a regular basis. If they had checked their records they would see I have been going every 4 ,000 mi for oil change tire rotation,etc.
Our salesperson was Chris Cirillo. He was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help us navigate the car leasing process both before,... during and after we leased our car. He went above and beyond with everything from hearing what we wanted in a car, the monthly payment and color. He even went a step further and showed us where the service department was, as well and introduced us to the staff there. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy/lease a car because he makes the process so easy and stress free.

Local dealers in my area had a difficult time locating the car I wanted. Not only did Chris locate the car within 2 days, he went over every detail of... transitioning to a Leaf from a standard car. Joe made the finance process go easy and was extremely pleasant to deal with. This was worth the drive down from North Jersey.

Dealer was to pay off Toyota lease and place my daughter in a new Nissan. they surrendered the car to Toyota and issued a check to my daughter, to in turn... drop it at Gateway Toyota, A couple of months out she gets a letter looking for an early surrender fee. Franz told me today that they are not responsible, stated they paid a dispo fee and the final months. asked for the general mgr. left a message for him to call and haven't heard back. Thinking about getting a news channel involved.
This is by far the WORST place I have ever dealt with in my life! They sold me a Used jeep in October that I have had to bring back about 5 or 6 times... to be fixed! I was dealing with driving back and forth to work and the hospital for my ill father and being pregnant not knowing if I was going to make it from point a to b! I bought the vehicle being promised it was a great truck and reliable! It is everything but that! They don't care about there customers they just care about the commission! I tried speaking with a manager and he just sent me to a salesman to try and get me to buy another vehicle from them! All they have done was minimal repairs to keep taking my money! It is absolutely ridiculous and I will take media or legal action against this to make sure me and my NEWBORN child are safe and sound in a new car!

My salesperson Chris Cirillo was the best!! John McShane was an awesome person he has been patient and so upfront with us I am have never found a car salesman who has been more than patient with... our situation. He never gave up on us not even once I am so much in his gratitude. I would definitely recommend him again in the future I will definitely be back to this man
