I was very satisfied with my sales guy he was right there

I was very satisfied with my sales guy he was right there with me every step of the way he knew had very good knowledge of everything I needed to know about the bronco that I had purchased. Kind courtesy friendly. If I needed to purchase another vehicle anytime soon or know anybody that does I will send them his way.

Tony worked with us via phone nearly all day to get us exactly what we were looking for. My husband was unsure if he would be able to make it in by the day’s end, but Tony made sure to hold the car for us in case we didn’t make it. We did make it in yesterday and Tony had everything ready for my husband, in the most smooth car buying experience we have ever had. Tony is honest and upfront. We had been to nearly six dealers before we called him. We are glad we did. Five ⭐️

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. I was given ride to and from my home a few miles away. I have no hesitation in recommending Veterans Ford to any customer. Patrick O’Brien

My experience with purchasing my new Maverick with Veterans Ford and more specifically, Patrick Borders, couldn't have been better. He put in the extra effort and did a wonderful job for me. Recently my husband and I purchased a used ford f150

Recently my husband and I purchased a used ford f150 truck, which we have been searching for for quite some time. We were happy to find it at veteran ford. Also very pleased with our sales man Tony Lambert. Everything went extremely smooth, he is an absolute professional knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. Had a decent experience with purchasing the F150 however

Had a decent experience with purchasing the F150 however the service was appalling. Female was dropping it off and was ignored. Straight out sexist. Then went to pick the vehicle up and service had driven it approximately 100 miles leaving 6 miles to empty in the tank. We don’t let our vehicles EVER get that low, EVER! Response was we don’t put gas in it.

We strive for respectful and professional interactions, so this feedback is disappointing. Providing 5-star service has always been our goal, so I would like to clarify a few details here. The vehicle came in on May 7th with 9917 miles and left on May 17th with 9971 miles. We put 54 miles on, and left the vehicle with plenty of gas to get to the gas station nearby. A couple weeks ago this dealer sent me a flyer

A couple weeks ago this dealer sent me a flyer advertising complimentary pick up and mobile service. Today the receptionist says it's not available, don't know when it will be! WTH? Also tried to order a jumper set on the Ford pass rewards, this dealer does not show up on the list of nearest 27 dealers. I'll find a new dealer, even though I bought it here. Don't advertise things you can't do. Can't believe anything else you advertised in the flyer. More xx
