I purchased a 2014 Shelby GT500 from Archibald's and was very impressed with the professionalism of Johnny Archibald. He went above and beyond to provide me detailed information about the vehicle and help with the coordination to transport the car 2300 miles to Maryland. I've been buying and selling cars for almost 40 years and have owned nearly 300 cars and can count on one hand how many dealerships I feel have integrity and are a class act and Archibald's is that dealership! I just wish they were here in Maryland so I could buy more cars from them :-)

My boyfriend and I were shopping for a used vehicle when I came across an SUV at Archibald's. This was both mine and my boyfriend's first car buying experience, and I don't think it could have gone any better, honestly. Jarod, Johnny, and Sean were all VERY helpful, very accommodating, and answered any and all of the questions I had. I've only ever heard horror stories about how stressful buying a car from a dealership is, and I didn't experience any of that here. I will be purchasing all future vehicles from here, and I recommend you do too. Thank you Archibald's!!!

I don't see my first review so I am submitting another. Can't say enough about my out of state/internet purchase of an expensive car. JJ on their sales staff was a pleasure to deal with. Whole outfit was professional, honest and helpful. Scary to buy a long distance car W/O seeing or driving it. No worries with this business!

If found my car at Archibald's on the internet and contacted JJ, one of their sales staff. I immediately appreciated his straightforward answers and "up front" style. Buying an out of state, unseen car can be a stressful and even risky enterprise. JJ used "Face-time" on our phones to do a walk around on the car. Still, the prospect of a very long drive to Kennewick to buy a car I had not seen or driven was daunting. I should not have worried. The car was exactly as advertised and I found JJ and the rest of the staff very professional and helpful. There is a reason people keep coming back there to buy cars (one customer has bought 27 cars from them!)......they run a professional and honest business dealing in high-end cars.

Bought a new car for my son for Christmas. Archibalds is the best in the Tri Cities to buy a vehicle. The service and staff are excellent to work with, I want to thank Jordon and Bruce for making my sons Christmas.

I had been searching for an older Mercedes. I found my car on their website. I had reservations about charging a non-refundable deposit on a car I had not seen or driven. Jordan was quite reassuring as I made this choice. He said he thought that the car would exceed my expectations. He was so right! The car is beautiful and provides such a smooth, powerful ride. The price was fair so no negotiation required. The customer service at Archibald's is extraordinary. Jordan met me at the airport, despite my early flight. He gave me a thorough orientation to my new, used car. He certainly knows what he is talking about and made sure all my questions were answered before I left the showroom. John, the patriarch of the Archibald family, completed all the paperwork in a timely fashion. He and Jordan both made me feel cared for in a way never experienced from any car dealership in my past. I will encourage friends and family to check with Archibald's before checking any where else to purchase a beautiful, high-end, slightly used vehicle. They earned each and every star in their 5 star rating!

The most pleasant and honest auto dealer I have seen in the past 40 years. They were relaxed but very professional and totally candid, responsive and helpful, they have quality inventory, and are proficient in the paperwork when the purchase is agreed upon. I got the rig I wanted, at a great price, excellent trade-in value for my previous, and they matched interest rate and terms on the best financing I could find. This is where I would bring my own friends and family members - a superb family-run dealership.

They have always been very honest with me and have never tried to sell me a bad deal! I'm am proud to say I'm a loyal customer and am happy that there is a dealership out there that has the customers best interest at heart!
