Our experience with Craig was absolutely wonderful! He is not your typical car dealer. He runs a small operation with only a few cars. Even though he may... not have the quantity, he most certainly makes up for it in quality. We were very happy with the upfront pricing, his down-to-earth personality, his customer service, and his flexibility. We ran into a couple of issues trying to get our daughter on the loan so that she could get her credit established, and Craig was great through that process, too. We actually had to pause the deal until we could get a insurance technicality worked out. We went home so that we could wait to call our insurance company the next morning. Fortunately, we got a call back sooner and we called Craig to let him know. He had already gone home, but offered to meet us back at his dealership to close the deal. He was friendly, understanding, and thoughtful. Our daughter ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited. The car is in outstanding condition and is incredibly clean. I know my way around a car and I was very comfortable with this purchase. The engine bay was almost showroom clean, there were no fluid leaks, no dirt or stains on the interior. Tires, brakes, and rotors looked brand new. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. We will be back when the time comes to replace our next car. I, like some others here, was initially skeptical of this small business, it’s having only five cars on the lot at the time I found it, but I couldn’t... be more pleased. With apologies to any salespeople reading this, let me say Craig was not a typical salesperson. Side note, to any salespeople reading this, please turn the pictures of your family toward yourself. Attempting to sell me through pathos is strike one before I even sit down. Anyways, after visiting a few of the bigger lots in town (that will remain nameless) and getting so turned off from the disingenuous nature of their salespeople, I’m so thankful for Craig’s direct, yet easygoing nature. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. He proved to be honest and helpful. And I’m as pleased with my car as I am with the buying process. I know I got the best deal I could have. If you, like my wife, have reservations about a place like this because it’s not a huge operation like some others, don’t worry. You’ll love it BECAUSE it’s not a huge operation like some others. Cue the clip from The Office where Jim and Dwight tout Dundler Mifflin’s customer service compared to the big box suppliers.
Made the buying process painless. Easy to work with and get in contact with. Highly recommended. The cars have good carfax reports and Craig was very knowledgeable... about the cars on his lot. Worth the 45 minute drive.

I found this dealership online because it had the car I was looking for. At first I was apprehensive because it was a smaller dealership but once I arrived,... Craig was very helpful in assisting me. Not a traditional dealership experience with pushy sales people, which I was thankful for. Craig made the experience comfortable and wasn't pushing to sell me. The quality of cars on his lot seemed to be in excellent condition. When my boyfriend is ready to buy, we will be returning!
Bought my first truck from Craig at Midway. Drove up from Maryland after seeing his ad online. He made the process easy and was very accommodating to help... ensure I had everything I need for state titling process. Easy to work with, kept his word holding the truck until I could get there and didn't play any games. Overall, good buying experience and very happy with the truck.

I found my dream truck (2005 Tacoma) on Cars.com. I called Craig at Midway and asked if I could put a deposit down on the truck, he agreed. After sending... the deposit, it took me several days to get there. He held the truck for me despite several other interested parties wanting the truck. I arrived to see the truck exactly as described. Craig was helpful and polite. I would recommend buying a car from Craig @ Midway Motors INC again.
I'm sorry for how poorly thought out this review is. I was looking for a car for my brother in-law and decided to write this on the fly. As I understand... it the dealer only carries Used, single-owner/single person leas vehicles. I purchased such a car and was tremendously happy with the level of cleanliness that the car had been detailed in. The location is small and there is only the owner/operator there. It's really more of a boutique style of dealer and you should only go if there is a specific car you are interested in. Due to not being a large dealer you have to jump a couple of extra hoops for your financing (my bank required the title up front). My purchase was made in 09' and I have since traded the car in but that has nothing to do with MidWay Motors. I really liked the small one on one interactions i.e. there is no BS manager to "take the price back to for approval". The gentleman who owns it is personable and will tell you up front how firm the price is before you start haggling. I'm quite certain I will purchase from this lot again at some point in the future.
