AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!!! I purchased a bmw from them from out of state. I was assured several times by Manager Sam Singh and sales agent Kevin that the vehicle was front lot ready, was test driven to ensure there were no issues. Once I received the vehicle, it had a bent rim, a bald tire, an expired tire, warped rotors, and a bad wheel bearing - all this was causing massive vibrations which there was no way they could have missed this during any test drive. I was LIED to due to being a remote purchase. They simply bought the car from an auction and placed it on their lot. If you are going to buy something here, make sure you do not trust them and have your own mechanic vet the car. But after what I have seen, the multiple phone calls and letters written to them, they will not even refund me a penny. I will be filing a small claims court case against them in the state of Indiana with pictures and videos and submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DONT BUY HERE !!!!

****DO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE OR ANY**** I have bought many vehicles but I had the worst experience at this dealership. I visited this dealership 12/7/2024. I drove about 3.5 hours to look at a truck that I had been in contact with them about for a week. I told them I would be there when they open. But when I got there they told me they had it at there detail shop and it would be about an hour so I waited. When the truck showed up you could tell that they did a quick cleaning and it looked horrible. Keep in mind, Kevin, the salesman I dealt with, never came out and showed me the truck nor did he come out and look at the issues that I was having with the vehicle. The salesman had messaged me about 13 pictures of damage on the interior and exterior of the vehicle and assured me he would show me everything so that there were no surprises. While looking over the vehicle I noticed many issues that were not brought to my attention before hand. The driver side mirror is busted and someone has attempted to glue it together, the passenger front seat is torn, needed 4 TPMS sensors, the rear bumper is dented and plastic is cracked, the sunroof does not shut, and possibly has a cracked transmission case (RTV covering something). Some issues were little but I brought them all to their attention. They never came out and looked they just said it’s a used truck and it’s expected. The only thing they had the audacity to say was sorry this truck is not in your budget yet I never said I had a budget just will not overpay for something like that. Although there were all these issues they refused to negotiate on the price even by a dime. It may look like a nice truck but it is not. Purchased a 2011 F350 from this dealership. Paperwork received shows a lien after I paid in full.... Went to IL DMV to title and plate and due to MULTIPLE paperwork errors it CAN NOT BE DONE. Called IN BMV and there is NO RECORD of transfer under my SSN. Temp tag expires one day before I make a very lucrative haul and multiple calls to AMS CARS result in "WE will have title clerk call you", "I did not sell you that truck" and resulting drop into a Voice Mail box with NO return call. They sold me the worst vehicle, they said that they were going to fix what was going on with it and I haven’t even had the vehicle two weeks… on the very first day I bought it the check engine light came on and every time I try to contact the dealer that sold me my hummer he dodges me. When I went up there after getting a full diagnosis of what the problem was the manager told me that he wasn’t going to fix anything until I paid them their money… well the balance I owe is how much the total repairs are.. I don’t suggest anyone go to them they are unprofessional and thieves!!!

Had appointment to view a car and drove an hour to find they sold it that day. The sales lady didn’t have the courtesy to text, email, call to say it was sold. Person that helped us had only been there a week and didn’t know what else they had in stock. Incredibly disorganized and non customer friendly place.

I am giving two stars simply because the one sales person
I am giving two stars simply because the one sales person I dealt with seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Other than that I have had enough problems with the car I purchased to warrant writing a review so that other people can have a bit of a heads up. I bought a 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid last month from the Indianapolis location and not even a week later I had to get a new 12V battery because it failed. I have since had the car for about a month and the hybrid battery failed a week and a half ago. I expressed my concerns about the hybrid battery and I was told that if I do not purchase a warranty through them I am on my own. Full disclosure I have not reached out to the dealership because it seemed pretty clear that they would not do anything after I purchased the car. They also were not very negotiable on price so I really didn't get a good deal considering the concerns that I had (I understand this is my fault for purchasing through them). I honestly do not think that they know much about the cars they sell because I was told they buy everything at auction to flip them. After the issues I have had I am positive that they do a quick "detail" (my car was still filthy in many places after a closer look at home) and make sure it starts and drives and that is about all you are going to get. I really regret going through this dealership but I did not have much time to find a car so I did not have a lot of choices. I will definitely not be going back to them into the future. Now that I have explained my experience I would like to make some quick recommendations for anyone buying a used hybrid car. Look for the Dr. Prius app and buy a Bluetooth ODB ll scanner so that you can check the health of the hybrid battery. The Dr. Prius website list compatible ODB ll dongles that will work so that you can check the health of the battery before you purchase the car. Then you can either negotiate a better price based on the condition of the battery or find a better car. Had I done this I would have saved $3,500 that I had to pay for a new battery. I really hope this information helps someone make a more informed decision than I made so that you do not have the same issues that I have had.
