Had my car serviced at BMW of Tucson

Ryan was awesome once again . He has been a great advisor always courteous and understands my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and quick to pin point the issues with my car. The service team at BMW of Tucson is one to trust and now with the mechanics video of him walking around my car as it is on the lift. I'm so grateful for that part it helps me to better understand things concerning the safety and foreseeable maintenance needed. Thank you team BMW of Tucson for all the above and beyond service.

Defective Car

The staff was great and very helpful, however, I purchased a brand new 2022 x3 and it came defective since day one. There was a technical issue with the car and that to me seems like nobody took the time to ensure the car was up to BMWs standards before putting it out on the floor for sale.

Great fast service!

Ryan stepped in to help since my advisor was busy with other customers. He even helped me load some accessories I had purchased for our other vehicle. The car was ready in less than an hour! Awesome service!
