Great service and service writer as well as customer

Great service and service writer as well as customer attention! Only gripe is someone needs to learn about tire pressures. Always get that wrong! BMW's vary in tire pressure and are not always the same front and back. Why is that so hard to understand?

Recall Service

Service team was very nice. Our service took a bit longer than expected, but the waiting area was comfortable with coffee, water and ice cream. No complaints at all!!!

I had a dead battery and Jayme Larson took care of the

I had a dead battery and Jayme Larson took care of the problem quickly . Within an hour ,someone came to my house and jump started the battery . I drove to the dealer and she gave me a loaner car.

Terrible Customer Service.

Terrible Customer Service. They Damaged my vehicle and refused to fix it. Be careful using this dealership for servicing. Their management is mediocre and not a proper representation of the usual standard of BMW.

I was not reaching out just simply informing the public to be cautious when doing business with you all. I have already spoken with the GM, he is a joke. I’m coming out of pocket on the damage you all caused to my vehicle. The only thing I can do now is let everyone know the quality of business your dealership has to offer and speak with my lawyer.

I have been going to this dealership for many years, with

I have been going to this dealership for many years, with several cars. A few years ago I bought my most recent car from them and soon after my service manager changed to Katelyn. My service experiences were never bad, but improved greatly once she took over. She is always super helpful and accommodating. I have thought before of trading y car in for something else but Katelyn and her attitude is what keeps me with BMW.
