Almost 5 star.

I had my X1 serviced and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only two issues were that the service took longer than estimated and I never got the service video.

BMW Hybrid X5

Our salesman was great! He gets a 5 out of 5.Hhowever long waits to go thru manager and finance manager made this experience less than a 5.

My husband and I have been customers with BMW Tucson

My husband and I have been customers with BMW Tucson since we became the proud owners of our 2013 BMW 128i about 2015. We have never received anything but A+ service and the staff treat us like VIPs. Our BMW receives the same honor as us, as when we pick up our BMW baby, she shines with her just complimentary car wash. Kayla Diaz was our first wonderful contact and she treated us like family. When she left the position there, and my husband had also passed away, I worried that I would never get treated as well as Kayla treated us, but she referred me to Jayme Larson. Well, my worries were needless. Jayme has been just as kind, helpful, and honest, and I told her so. I am blessed to still be in such capable, caring hands. She kept me informed through every step of the service and repair process. The repair staff even sent me a video showing me what they were doing on my car; and I had the use of a beautiful 2021 BMW while they repaired mine! Thank you, Jayme, and the service and repair people for giving me 100% satisfaction!!

Really long wait for an oil change

I bought a BMW because they are a luxury car company that offers a loaner car when you need service. Well, not in Tucson. I purchased my X7 in Scottsdale were loaner cars are standard with every service appointment. I now live in Tucson and am very disappointed with the service at BMW Tucson. Yesterday I sat in their waiting area for almost 3 1/2 hours for an oil change! That is absolutely absurd. The service is so slow another woman sitting in a chair was sound asleep. Get it together Tucson and provide the same service as any other BMW dealership. I will definitely think twice about buying another BMW.
