Returning now at 3.5 years for the standard time for an oil change. No issues. Also was lucky this time and had a free loaner car. My only complaint is that the oil change and filter as well as Air Conditioning filters are very expensive.

When I purchased the car, it needed a new badge on back
When I purchased the car, it needed a new badge on back of it. 6 months later for an oil change and sales and service took care of it, no problem. Easy to schedule, set the expectation for both time and cost.

The explanation of services agreed upon was clear and thorough. Tyson explained the step by step process of the service. The waiting room was clean and orderly. I really appreciated the service department's video explaining the condition of the car as they received it. My first time here but I will be back!

Service is expected and received at BMW. What make BMW Tucson different are the excellent people in service. Jessica is always helpful, cares about my car and experience, but more important is that she cares about me as a person.

Purchase of 2 year-old BMW 300 series
Reasonably efficient and effective. Sales people overly intrusive and effusive. Particularly upset by an attempt to sell us insurance after the sale.Not a high end thing to do and not that we were used to from BMW.
