I arrived at my appointment time in the service started almost immediately........ where you from experience is very good ........Particularly the ice cream...........Vehicle was ready on time and amazingly clean........ no negative issues in the first three days of driving......... great service, great car. Got there on time. They took the car in right away and got it back to me in about an hour. Be great if they'd go back to having loaners.

This was my first experience with no negotiation
This was my first experience with no negotiation dealership. Our salesperson, Brett, was kind and responsive. We came to look at one particular used vehicle on the lot. He quickly got it ready for a test drive. We liked the vehicle but we’re not ready to purchase it yet. He did ask what was preventing us from purchasing right now and if there was anything he could do to help make the decision to purchase. He was understanding when we said we needed to think about it and let us leave. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Brett continued to be helpful as questions arose. Overall, we were quite happy with the purchase experience and would definitely purchase from BMW Tucson again.
