Worst experience at BMW Tucson Arizona,

A very bad experience, I went for an oil change, and they informed me that they had to make an adjustment to the cap that retains the engine oil because it did not fit and it would cost me more or less 300 dollars extra, since the guarantee of the BMW X5 2018 model had expired, what a surprise for me, the previous oil change of the car was under warranty and I did not have that problem and now if the problem existed and I had to pay, I felt cheated, the curious thing is also that how the cover was damaged was manipulated by expert people who work with you, I paid an invoice of more than 700 dollars for an oil change on Friday, May 27, 2022. The worst of all is that on Saturday I realized that the car was leaking oil and The garage of my house now has a large oil stain and for that reason today, Tuesday, May 31, 2022, I am taking the car to the BMW Tucson workshop again since they could not attend me on Saturday, who can give me an explanation of this? who solved me to the time and money lost and unfairly paid?

Got a flat tire in my runflat tire and had to get a new

Got a flat tire in my runflat tire and had to get a new one. They were able to give me a loaner car while we waited for the tire to get here over a holiday weekend. Helped immensely.

We had a great experience with the entire staff.

We had a great experience with the entire staff. Anthony was our sales rep and spent lots of time to answer our questions. We were not planning to purchase right now but he made it very quick and easy. Patrick took care of the paperwork and the financing very quickly. He was great to work with and has a great professional personality. Thanks to the entire team.

The service team at the Tucson dealership provided excellent service. My car works great. I got quotes for all of my inquiries. The Service provider did not post any products on me and was upfront and honest with the status of my vehicle. I gave them 5 stars for service and friendliness.

The service was outstanding.

The service was outstanding. My car was evaluated quickly, the problem uncovered and a solution was offered. The battery for my car was not immediately available so the car was in the shop for a bit, but Tyson called me regularly with updates as to its status to I was always in the loop.

Service advisor worked with me to get my vehicle in

Service advisor worked with me to get my vehicle in sooner to meet my schedule needs. Repairs and service were completed on time. I was kept informed on progress during the day. I was expecting to have to wait, but a loaner vehicle was made available. The experience was very accommodating and more than I expected.
