My red light below the rear view mirror came on along
My red light below the rear view mirror came on along with the warning horn. I spoke with Ryan in service and he quickly told me how to turn off the alarm and also indicated that this was typically a sign of the battery wearing out. He recommended that Bring it in as quickly as possible which I did. They quickly confirmed that the battery need to be replaced and did the repair while I waited. this is the kind of Service I always receive at BMW Tucson. John Sherwin

Good review for service for my Z4
I worked with Barbara Merin and boy, do you have a jewel there. She is responsive, listens to your concerns, and makes sure the customer feels like they are important and appreciated. A very welcome change. I feel better now about taking my car to the dealership, whereas before, I was not happy with them. BMW should do all they can to make her happy.
