I currently have 2 BMWs that were bought from BMW Tucson

I currently have 2 BMWs that were bought from BMW Tucson and have been serviced there. My sales guy Ernie Buck is the best. A class act, very knowledgable, and fair and reasonable. On service, I feel the same way. Jayme is terrific as my service rep. I also had occasion recently to deal with James, Shop Foreman, who is fantastic! Great experience all around!

Surprising much better than expected

I wasn?t looking forward to having to buy a new car through a dealer.. had so many frustrating experiences in the past.! This was a good experience (made ?easier? by the fact with the shortage of cars there was no price negotiations!) otherwise promises made were kept ((delivery was on time) No issues with the new car & a lot of help to get acquainted with all the software. (It?s ongoing & help is needed & appreciated )

I love the BMW Tucson Customer Service Team!

I love the BMW Tucson Customer Service Team! Every time I arrive, I am treated like Royalty!! They always communicate to me with respect. I am not 'mechanically inclined!" The technicians will send a video via text of what they are working on or will suggest what may need to be done on next visit. They clean and detail my care before they deliver my car to me. Bonus!!

Lynn Lamb. It?s my name not my title!

The employee that took care of my service check in/check out. Was very pleasant. She tried to sell me a new set of tires. She said the offer was limited to the end of April. Truth is the paper offer gave me the whole month of May. Not a good look!
