BMW of Tucson

Not sure of exactly what was wrong with my car when I brought it into the dealership. The problem was diagnosed and recommendations were provided. No unnecessary work was suggested (always a concern of mine at dealerships). The service advisor was professional and knowledgeable. Repairs took a little longer than originally thought, but work was completed to my satisfaction.

Came in for an oil service and got just what I asked for. Good quality work, highly recommend their service.

BMW Tucson is a professional and friendly dealership; everyone is courteous and gives you their full attention; they are willing to answer all questions. Juan helped me tremendously. He is patient, explains things well, is open and gave me wonderful suggestions and recommendations. He was very giving of his time. He took time after his workday to come to my home and explain some of the car's features I that I didn't understand. He made sure I was comfortable with all of them. He was very encouraging and told me I could reach out to him whenever I had a question. I would recommend Juan to anyone who is interested in a BMW.

Service was friendly and with quality. Car was washed well. Service did take longer than expected.

I had secondary battery failure notice, so I drove unannounced to the dealership. Barbara, the service manager, had it looked at immediately and told me the battery had to be ordered. It arrived in a few weeks. When I brought it back for installation, a bad terminal and cable were discovered. They provided me with a loaner for the three days it took to get the required parts. Very courteous and professional all the way around.

The sales staff and managers are very helpful and friendly. I was especially impressed by the financing department; Tony provided exceptional service. I will be recommending BMW Tucson to my friends and coworkers who are looking to purchase new luxury vehicles.

My service advisor Jessica is amazing. Even though it's a BMW dealer, they are part of the AutoNation network and were able to service my Silverado 2500hd.

Good experience, specially when pk u vehicle. The attendant went over trying to get the car front, since it was not visible from inside service area.
