Great service
The service team at BMW of Tucson was great. From making the appointment to return if my vehicle went very smoothly. The work was completed within the estimate I was given. I felt I was treated like a valued customer. Special thanks to my service advisor, Katelyn!

i3 service
I purchased new tires and had a break job done on my i3. The technicians were thorough and even sent me a cool under the chassis video. They explained what to look for in the future, without hard selling repairs immediately. They checked the high voltage batteries? I wish there were more transparency with the results? and it feels good knowing the car is in fine shape.

BMW service
I took my vehicle to the dealership for routine service. I specifically requested that the vehicle be done by 0900. I was the first customer at the service area. I was told by Mr. Kessler that the vehicle would be finished by 0900. I finally got my vehicle back at 0930. This may not seem significant, however I was late for another appointment due to this delay.
