My car had an unexpected problem and was inoperable. When I called BMW they said it might next week before they could look at it, but after talking to Barbara, Manager, they were able to look at car and fix it within two days. Jamie was our BMW rep and she was very helpful with updating us on prognosis of car (really enjoyed the video with explanation of problem) until finished. We have been customers at this BMW since 2006 and really appreciate their expertise when purchasing our cars and their car maintenance.

Great Place to Buy a Car!
This is a great dealers tjhrough a hip to do business with. Even though the model I was interested in would take a special order and some wait, the dealership did not surcharge over MSRP. I also shopped our trade-in through a few online sources, and AutoNation was the highest. Our salesperson Anthony Powers is absolutely a BMW expert - and answered all our questions about the technology in the car. Anthony was also not at all pushy; just a good listener dialed in to our needs. Highly recommended dealership.

I had the absolutely best experience at this dealer. I had to have a taillight issue fixed and when they realized they would have to keep the car they provided me a loaner so that we could get back home to Sierra Vista. All of the staff was a joy to deal with and I would recommend them very highly.

The assistant assigned to me Humberto was exceptional, and then it got a little confusing when he called in sick. However the service department was helpful. My Vehicle wasn’t completely ready when they said it would be so I waited in the comfortable waiting area until it was complete.
