This dealership sucks.

This dealership sucks. Had a written offer from carmax and they wanted to give me less. If one dealer gives me a price the next one should honor it. Sales managers are the worst in the business.

You tried screwing me out of $300 because you didn’t want to give me what carmax would give me (in writing) for my vehicle whether I bought from them or not Then you said you would give me $130 toward a part installation to help smooth things over so I agreed. The part came in and because you don’t have your own body shop you had Royal do all necessary bodywork. Well almost a week went by and basically no one on your end could get the job done so I waited a couple of more days and no one called me so I installed it myself. Now when I asked for the $130 for the part installation you guys were incapable of (an oem bmw part) installing instead of writing me a check you said I had to buy something through your overpriced accessories dept to get equivalent of $130. I never complained about the $5000 profit you made on my vehicle I just expected you to match another dealerships trade in value. As far as I’m concerned you still owe me $170. If carmax had the vehicle I wanted I guarantee you would have lost my business.

Tucson BMW service

My service advisor, Jessica, was great. She was communicative and helpful. They also will text videos of your vehicle while it is in the service department allowing you to see any issues. I would highly recommend Jessica and the team at BMW of Tucson.

BMW TUCSON

We were having horrible service issues with the service department at Land Rover and decided to test drive an X7 at BMW. Our sales rep Dominic was great! Everyone we met was welcoming and patient. We had our two daughters with us (7 & 10 months). The staff was very friendly with our kids. Answered every question we had thoroughly. The finance department didn?t try to haggle with us. Overall one of the best car purchasing experiences we?ve had! Highly recommend

Great Customer Service

They were able to fit me in without an appointment. The shuttle service to and from my home was invaluable. Advisors are always friendly and professional.
