Purchase and service are top notch. Best BMW I?ve ever bought a car from. On my oil change they sent me a video with the car on the rack and the tech explaining everything about my car and things to keep an eye on, tire tread, brake pads, etc. For people like me that don?t know a thing about cars and always busy this is extremely helpful and saves time

I had scheduled an appointment for a 're-call' of
I had scheduled an appointment for a 're-call' of passenger air bag (after more than a year of reminders - not driving the car so not too important). Although the appointment was for 7:30 am they said they may not have the parts (I checked that they did before agreeing to an appointment) and to check back. All went well and glad that it is taken care of.

Drove in town from Phoenix to Tucson.
Drove in town from Phoenix to Tucson. I showed up unannounced around 5pm on a Friday afternoon with a tire pressure warning light on my I4. Turned out to be a nail in the tire and not a faulty sensor. 45 minutes later I was back on the road. Unbelievable customer service. Well done!

I intially stopped in to have my brake warning light
I intially stopped in to have my brake warning light reset. While there they noticed that my DEF needed refilling and they did that as a courtesy without charge. I was so impressed that I scheduled my vehicle for service even though I typically don't go to the dealer for routine oil and filter changes. Humberto made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. I would definitely return to BMW of Tucson.
