The service on my car was extensive, but it was finished
The service on my car was extensive, but it was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Tyson explain everything that was going to be done and kept me apprised of the work's progress.

Service was good, timely, and quality.
Service was good, timely, and quality. My issue was that the price was over $1,000 more than other quotes I received. By the time I received the 2 other quotes, BMW had already started my repair so I couldn't cancel and move my vehicle to another shop. It will likely be the last time the BMW dealer sees my vehicle. I'm not looking for rock bottom pricing, just a fair deal.
