Absolutely horrible experience, tactically took photos to avoid showing any of the rust or damage to the interior of the truck, when I called and asked about the condition of the truck I was told that it was in good condition (it was not). Would be very wary of any transaction with this company.

I recently bought a Ford from this place and I'm super happy with it. A lot of these cars have high mileage but are inspected for at least 2-3 years so i'm sure if theirs any issue you'll have time to fix it. However they can be a bit pricey and overcharge so check kelly blue book to make sure your getting a good deal.

My hubby and I both purchased our used vehicles here within the last two years. Bill and Ron were both so friendly and HELPFUL, straightforward and informative. We did our part and looked over the vehicles inside and out, studied the provided Carfax reports, took them for long test drives, and researched them online before purchasing. Any questions or issues were explained and addressed with no problems. Bill went above and beyond to see that we were completely satisfied. Financing was very easy with our fair down payments and good to very good credit scores. We also had a mechanic look over both vehicles first, understanding that these vehicles are on the older side and are high mileage. Seems fair to realize that no one, not even an excellent mechanic, can anticipate what may happen (mechanically) after purchase. There was a basic 90 day warranty provided at no cost. And vehicles are (newly or recently) inspected before sale. To avoid any misconceptions, we read over the purchase agreement(s) thoroughly, and asked questions. Know and understand everything before signing! Finally, I'd like to say that we dealt fairly with them and they treated us wonderfully! I would definitely buy vehicles there again. P S. Already looking at one for my son who is in the market!

I've purchased more than one car from this seller over the years and there were always mechanical issues of some sort. Subsequently, there were difficulties in having the problems addressed and repaired. Buyer beware.

Listen, if you go to BBB and various other sites for reviews, you will see lots of negative reviews. Believe every one of them. My son bought a car here and within a few days it began having major issues. We brought it back, they couldn't repair it. After several trips back and forth, they still couldn't repair it and just kept stringing us along with lies up on lies until our 30 days was up. I wanted to believe them and that they would do what was right. We even brought it to another repair shop and they didn't want to pay for the repairs or give us our money back. Lesson learned. Btw, they have a sign right in their office that I didn't see until after the fact, they buy and sell extremely used cars and are not responsible. If you want a hunk of junk that might last a day or a month or two then by all means, go here and overpay. Just realize that you will have no recourse even though they will promise you the moon. I hate leaving such a negative review but seriously, this is not the place to buy a used car from. Buyer beware. In the end, I fixed the car myself....a little googling goes a long way. Turns out they replaced the correct part with an incorrect part that was used and broken, probably taken off another car in their lot. I found the part online for MUCH less and fixed it then sold the car for a fraction of what I paid. Lesson learned the hard way.

I found this dealer to be extremely fair when I purchased a 2009 Toyota Rav 4, the price i paid was below market value and they threw in 4 brand new tires after I had purchased the vehicle. The sales person Mike said it was a sound vehicle and personally went over the vehicle when I picked it up. Bill at Frenchtown make it an enjoyable experience.

Bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado from Frenchtown. Truck looked beautiful, Looked beautiful.. Within 3 months, the fuel pump went. Within 6 months the engine blew. Took it to a dealer who stated I did not have it long enough for this to be a case of negligence on my part. Now I have to buy a engine to get it running, as I still owe $9,000. on the loan. Very disappointed. Can't even say how upset I am.

Bill and his staff are such nice people. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from them. Love my new Audi!! If you ever have an issue after buying a car he always takes care of it. I have had nothing but good luck buying cars from French town. Bill and Ron are the best!!!

Frenchtown Auto is a nice place to buy a car. The cars look good and drive nice. They offer options and will work with you on the price and any additions that you want to purchase. You have to stay on top of them with follow up and stay on them. If you follow up and its unpreparied call they can get a bit short, the owner is very nice. I had to take my car there after buying it with a problem and they fixed all the problems that the car had. They were very nice, but follow up is difficult.
