We purchased our 2013 Murano several months ago and that in itself was an excellent experience. Andrew Brooks was a wonderful salesman and did an excellent... job getting us the vehicle we wanted and at a price we were happy with. Kudos to you Andrew! We recently went in for a scheduled inspection and our experience was again, EXCELLENT! My husband and I were very happy with the service and attention to detail that was given to our vehicle. Our mechanic, "Bob" took his time and paid attention to detail, even fixing our automatic window switch without our even mentioning it. I mean, who does that? Checks things that weren't even on the list of inspection specifics. The price was less than we were quoted on the phone and well worth every penny! Cody Winsor, our service writer was a well informed and very friendly gentleman. He explained everything that was done and we found out that our Murano was in tip-top condition with no work needed. That was a pleasant surprise but then again, we did purchase the Murano from Williams which just goes to show that they take good care of the vehicles that they sell. Overall, we cannot say enough good things about this dealership and their employees. Everything was excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT! Thank you to everyone at Williams Nissan for showing us that working with a dealership CAN be a positive experience!

I have and will continue to tell how the Young lady turn her back and picked up a phone while I was talking to her, in the service department. When I returned... to pick up my car. Not once was I told there was no transmission fluid in my car or did they ever offer to put any in the car. NEVER once was I told that there was something wrong with my timing chain. I was told that I needed a new transmission, new tires 3 time) and a oil change. They put in their report that I was well over 6000 mile past the oil change. I have taken my car to a another service department, yes I had the transmission rebuilt, my oil was changed. I only had about 180 before the mileage on my car reached the point of the next oil change. I would Never recommend using the service department at Williams Nissan in Sayre, PA.

I usually never do reviews, but I must say I had a great experience with buying a used Nissan overseas. Every vehicle I've bought been new. Mr. Peet at... Williams Nissan truly went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Knowing I wasn't able to be in person my uncle drove from New York to test drive the Murano and he loved it. He mentioned Mr. Peet was friendly, and the facilities were clean (trust me my uncle is quite difficult, and is big on customer service. He's also a mechanic). Being there he saw other vehicles of interest. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.
Recently purchased a used Nissan Altima. Best experience in my 35 years of purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend.

Live in the Sayre area for siz months of the year and Williams always has given us good service. No long waits for appointments and the car is done when... they said it would be. The people are friendly and treat you good. Recently had the car serviced (oil change, etc with a 27 point check.) This led to the rear brakes close to needing work. As we were going on a long trip, they recommended we get them service prior to the trip and got us right in to get the work done. Thanks Williams - Betsy, Sayre
I asked to have my brakes checked as they almost put you through the window when you stop. After picking my 3 month old vehicle up, they told me that it's... new and could find no problem. Hopefully, they're right but I'm not sure. Additionally, other car dealerships provide a complimentary wash of your car--Williams does not. That would have been nice.
