Alex the owner and all of the staff were very pleasant to work with. They made the process very easy going. I couldn't be happier with the decision we made purchasing through them. Alex even went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle we purchased closer to home so my teenager didn't have to drive it all the way back. I have been looking for used Mercedes for a while, and I came across AutoJunction In Tempe Honestly I had No idea car buying can be so easy and pleasant ,Alex was quick getting me great interest rate almost 3 points less than other dealership in Scottsdale, car was very nice condition and I drove it last week with kids to Utah and it drove awesome , This Place is no Joke please go there if you need a good used car they have so many cars to choose from ,

Sent them a message and they replied. When I needed to know more info they never replied. Sent multiple emails and nothing . Will not come in if customer service is like that.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK before even thinking about talking to ANYBODY there. In fact just drive by, don't waste your time. I bought a used car from here thinking they would give me the best deal possible and would handle any issues if the vehicle acted up at any time. Alex the owner is a joke. All talk about how he takes care of his customers but is just absolutely rude when having a simple conversation about concerns about the car. Something doesn't seem right about how they handle business there. I speak Spanish and talked to the workers that cleaned the cars on site and even they told me not to do this. Should have listened.

First off, the owner and staff are AMAZING. The environment and customer service is not only appealing, but uniquely friendly. They customize their customer service to fit you, even when they first meet you. Secondly, Alex-the owner is incredible and very genuine in his assistance with ensuring you leave his presence and car lot HAPPY. He not only provided an amazing experience for me; he provided one for a family member of mine, who was incredibly overjoyed with her choice of vehicle. I am truly grateful I walked into Auto Junction when I did! It was a moment of purpose and a divine purchase. Thank you again Alex to you and your staff!

A Beautiful Black Jaguar As a woman purchasing a vehicle it may at times be intimidating or we place a bit of a guard up. I had researched my dream car for months, I spoke with other dealerships, but I made an appointment with Alex, the owner of Auto Junction. I will say first, he is honest, open and instinctively knew this was a large and special purchase for me. The finance portion was processed with ease, he ensured me if I had any questions or concerns after the purchase to contact him, he kept his word : ). Alex and his Team are friendly, and professional. If you were family, or a dear friend, I'd say YES, buy from Alex! PS. I love my car : )
