I went to the pocatello store and didn't think they could do anything for me but they did better. I had went to a couple banks in town and couldn't get were i wanted to be as a first time buyer and told one stope the siruation. They not only made sure tp get me close to the same rate as the bankd in town But also.droped the price to get me where i wanted to be . Ill recomend them for first tim m buyers any day verry good Woks with you no matter your credit

Happy customer

We were looking for a used car that was in great shape, low miles, and affordable for our teenager. We didn't have to look far. We found the perfect car at Wilson Motor Company in Logan Ut. We found a good car , and the employees were friendly, and great to work with.

Great buying and driving experience

I've purchased 3 vehicles from this single dealership strictly for the fact that I got hooked up in every way. They sold me the vehicles at a great price and not only that, they went all the way with fixing many small little details with the car even after the purchase to help me with a more enjoyable and professional experience. Jim Simmons helped us with picking up the cars and suvs and it seemed as though I was talking with someone who actually enjoys the very vehicles they sell wich sells me more than anything. Plus I like how they put prices in the windows without trying to push me into something I don't want. Not only that but they have an amazing extended warranty i know will always have its perks. I'll continue to pick up my future cars only from this companies dealership.

The service stops after you give them the money.

Through out the process of buying the car their service was great. They worked with my husband and I to get us approved and made the whole process pretty easy. Our car came with a limited 3 month warranty and almost immediately after buying the car the check engine light came on. We called them and asked them to take a look at it but they were very unwilling to work around our schedule. Being full time students/employees it was really hard for us to find a time to go in and have it looked at, especially when they didn't tell us how long we could expect to be there. Leaving the car there was also not a feasible option as we needed it to get around. After finally moving our schedules around we made it in once, they looked at it, didn't really explain what was wrong and sent us on our way. Calling to make an appointment for them to look at it is a pain because you have to talk directly to the mechanic and he is never there. Also when I called I asked them to call me back with information as I was the one taking care of it and every time, even when I told them specifically to call me back, they would call my husband. Eventually we took the car to a local mechanic to have it fixed because One Stop would not put effort in to making sure that we were satisfied and it seemed that they tried to get out of the warranty. In 5 months of owning the car we have replaced the windshield wipers, the battery and a transmission fluid hose and the tire pressure gage is still on and has been since we bought it. The service stops after you give them the money.

Awesome dealership to buy used car from!!!

If you don't want to be hassled by car salesman, then go to One Stop! They aren't pushy and they helped my find exactly what I was looking for. Buying process was smooth and the sales and service staff are supper considerate.

poor service

I emailed them asking about a truck and never heard back... Went to the lot to look at the truck in person. A salesman never came out to talk to me while i looked at the truck for a good ten minutes... After that i wasn't interested in the truck!
