I bought two Subaru cars in the recent years.
I bought two Subaru cars in the recent years. Ascent and Forester. The Bensenville location is very far from my home. I have two other Subaru dealers and hundreds other car repair shops that are much closer to my home. Yet, for many years, I have kept my loyalty to the Bensenville Subaru. It’s due to their excellent sales department, especially Jeff. However…. yesterday, I decided to discontinue my loyalty to them, and it’s because of their worst service department, especially Isaiah. He is very condescending, arrogant, and unfriendly. It took him only 10 minutes to force me to decide to discontinue my loyalty to them ever. We had some disagreement yesterday regarding to an email discount coupon for a 10% oil change discount. I received the email but misplaced it somewhere and couldn’t find it while Isaiah was waiting for my payment. I begged him if he could ask someone to resend the email coupon to me, so that I could get a “$7” discount. He denied the existence of such a coupon, and he also denied the credibility of my claim. We continued our argument for several minutes. At the end, I asked Isaiah if he or Grand Subaru Bensenville wouldn’t mind losing one precious loyal customer just because of USD7?? He then only gave me a few sarcastic short responses and discontinued the conversation. The visit that l made to Bensenville Subaru yesterday would be the last one in my life. For my next oil change, I will definitely choose one of the hundreds maintenance shops around my home. Isaiah made me feel I was a worthless and useless liar. He made me feel that it would be ok for Bensenville Subaru to lose “just” one customer, because they have hundreds others. Isaiah, remember this! “A customer is always right.” The effort done by their sales department to find a good loyal customer like me was miserably wasted by your bad attitude…

Greg Janik is always on top of things for us and has never steered us wrong on loving our subaru even more. My experience at Grand Subaru was grand.
My experience at Grand Subaru was grand. They did my oil change and checked my car for weaknesses. My Crosscheck passed with flying colors. My car is 10 years old and was the first hybrid back in 2016. When I received my color it was cleaned inside and out. I loved it!

This was our second new Subaru purchase in less than two
This was our second new Subaru purchase in less than two years from Grand Subaru. We drove extra miles past other Subaru dealers because of Grand’s reputation for professionalism and fairness. I can say that both transactions went smoothly and stress free and were handled by our salesman, Chase Dahm. My initial contact with Chase was via email in late December, 2025 and Chase came back with an initial fair offer on the Crosstrek in which we were interested. After a brief phone conversation and a couple of texts with Chase, we agreed on a final price and decided to make the trip to Grand to complete the purchase. Upon arriving, Chase greeted us at the door and he had the Crosstrek pulled up front and ready to go. We took a short test drive and settled back in his office to complete the transaction. We had driven our trade-in to Grand and this was the last piece of the purchase that needed settlement. Grand had recently serviced it and knew the car. After a brief inspection, Chase and his team came back with a fair trade-in offer and the deal was done. I must also mention that the usually dreaded trip to the finance office for closure was handled with speed and professionalism. Many thanks to Sandy Cuttone too for handling that so well. I have bought many cars over the years, both new and used. Chase Dahm and Grand Subaru have been a great experience. Chase is a young man who is a professional in his trade. He truly works hard to make the car buying experience smooth and pressure free.
