I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff at Grand Subaru, for the purchase of my fourth Subaru and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Extremely pleased with our recent purchasing experience! It took about four hours to complete the sale, including processing our trade-in, but in the end we drove away happy in our new Outback. After going back and forth with other dealers in the area, the no-haggle process provided at Grand was refreshing. Grand was transparent throughout every step of the transaction. We never felt like they were trying to upsell us on products we didn't want. You'll be hard pressed to find a dealer offering better prices and customer service than Grand Subaru.
