    Subarus are arguably some of the most reliable vehicles on the marketplace, but a vehicle is worth nothing if not serviced properly. Enter Grand Subaru. They provided my family a trustworthy one-stop-shop for all of our needs, from purchase, to service, to trade-in, to our purchase of a newer Forester. The attention of not only our wonderful sales rep, Michael, but also that of the Sales Manager Brandon and General Manager Ryan, showed how deeply they care for every vehicle on their lot, and every customer who walks through the door. If you want a reliable vehicle you love, and a dealership you can depend on, Grand Subaru is the place to go.

    I was very impressed with the sales staff, especially with Jeff. We ordered a WRX and he helped us through the whole process. He gave us updates, and even took calls at home. I highly recommend working with Jeff and his staff. I have helped people buy cars and I could honestly tell you that this experience was one of the smoothest and easiest to do.     We had an awesome car shopping/buying experience at Grand Subaru. Matt and Chris were very helpful throughout the entire process and made the vehicle purchase as hassle free as possible. They were both very knowledgeable about the vehicle and offered us an amazing price that no other Subaru dealer could match (we called 2 other locations). They were honest and extremely easy to deal with. We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru!

    I had a great experience with Jeff Schade at Grand Subaru. Jeff was very patient with me and clearly answered all of my questions. He promptly responded to my phone calls and emails during the weeks we worked together. When I came in to sign the papers for my new car the dealership was very busy and Jeff had multiple customers. Despite this, he still took the time to fully explain everything to me and keep me updated. Jeff understood what I was looking for and did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. When I picked up my vehicle he took the time to go over everything with me. I highly recommend Jeff and hope to work with him again when it's time to purchase our next vehicle.

    Okay so I would like to begin by saying never in my entire life have I ever had such good salesmanship absolutely and utterly destroyed by such poor management. My experience at Grand Subaru was one of the worst I've ever had anywhere while trying to purchase a car. How a place like Grand Subaru, with management as they have, is still afloat is beyond me. Grand Subaru needs to reevaluate what terrible temperamental managers they employ. After hours of peaceful negotiation with my sales associate the manager comes over to introduce himself and within two minutes of him sitting down and me not being able to put money down to complete the sale, the manager's face begins to boil red in anger. The worst part is yet to come though. After I acknowledge that I've spent too much time waiting here playing the car dealerships games the manager instantly bolts up from his chair in aggression and yells "Fine I don't need to sell you a car, I'm not selling you a car, get out". And right there was the last time I'll ever be back at Grand Subaru. I hope nobody else is ever forced to deal with the incredibly rude management Grand Subaru employs or the tricks this place plays on unsuspecting new car buyers I do however have to say my sales associate Wendy was one of the friendliest employees I've ever had the pleasure of meeting with while shopping for a new car.

    Good facilities however very poor service. I took my vehicle that I purchased from the dealer in for repairs. I was waiting for about 5 hours so that they could finish! I am a patient guy so I did wait but whenever I would ask how much longer, service would be very rude in their reply. In the end they said they could not fix the issue and sent me on my way. Biggest waste of 5 hours I've ever had, would not recommend to anyone.

    My Experience: At first, we were just looking to get an idea of which car, we would like to buy. Nicolle Iacullo from Grand Subaru has been very patient and helpful throughout the process. She will take the time to educate me and my wife about the technology, options, promotions, and has been very friendly, not pushy, throughout the entire transaction. I will DEFINITELY refer businesses to Nicolle, at Grand Subaru, if I have friends, clients, family members, who are interested in purchasing Subaru! . If I have to give points for her courtesy, patient and helpful nature, definitely, would give her 11 out of 10. Aj Patel.

    Just bought a new 2017 Forester with them Adv: > Lowest price you can get (Just compared around Chicago area not sure others) > No push sells > No hidden fee or anything. > Stay helpful after purchase(They will trying to satisfy your need as much as they can, at least for me) Dis-adv The waiting time for financial processing could be 2~3 hours(took me 2 hours to buy this car). First time to buy a car, not sure if it is long time or just normal. and waiting room facility is new but pretty average. Summary, Highly recommend for a Subaru buyer.

    I am very happy of my experience at Grand! I was greeted right when I walked in, and everyone was very friendly! This dealership has a large selection of cars! I loved seeing the Bug Eye Rally Subaru that they have on display! I will be bringing both my subarus here from now on for service! Nealy made my purchase of a new car enjoyable and it all went very smoothly! She made this a very memorable experience! I am very happy with my new XT! It is a great car!! If you are buying a Subaru here ask for Nealy! In my future when I need a new car I will be back to a Grand Subaru! Thank you!!
