Nice customer service, should have a area with some drinks for guests waiting for repairs. Waiting 2.5 hours and no refreshments was a little long. COVID... I understand but area that no contact with a refrigerator or cooler area would be a nice touch— maybe just my opinion

KEEP AARON!!!! I am so glad that you have a personable, competent service manager again. I have been brining my 1999 Audi to your dealership for repairs... for 20 years, and I prefer to do that, but at times when you have had poor service managers I was forced to go elsewhere (Miles was AWFUL and I didn't return until he left your employ). Aaron was accessible and immediately helpful when I called with my problem. He provided me with a loaner Audi A4 (which was lovely and, yes, makes me consider getting a new Audi). The evaluation of the problems was thorough. We talked it over and I was able total my Audi home while the parts are on order for the repairs. Thank you.

Minimal wait time. Easy to get an appointment. Service advisor Eric is extremely courteous. Car was clean when the techs finished working on it. I highly... recommend Audi of Grand Rapids!
