Great Experience buying 2007 minivan

Shopped online and found mini van I wanted, I showed up the vehicle was there, no pressure to look around. One of the awesome things they did was to let me try it out overnight, it definitely sealed the deal for me, as I was able to show it to some family members and all liked it. Both Eric and Javier were easy to deal with. This is for sure a lot different than what I remember buying a car was like.

Nice, Friendly and Very Helpful

If you're looking for a nice used car this is the place to go they have nice used cars. They really work with u. If u do ur part they would definely do there's. I purchase three cars with them. A Ford Explore, Ford Expedition and now a Honda. They was all purchased at different time. After a year I trade one ford for the other. They finance each car. The Honda I just got two months ago was for my son. Like I said they will help u as long as u do ur part. I want to THANK Brian, Mike and Eric for all that they do u guys are very friendly and Helpful and always get the job done. Go now or call u wanted be disappointed. I referred my friend in she's leaving with a car. What are u waiting for go call. Ask for Mike or Brian.

Our second car purchased from A Car Lot

My husband and I have purchased a second vehicle now from A Car Lot in Roselle, IL in less than a year and we could not be happier with our purchases. Brian, Eric and Mike are the greatest to work with and made our car buying experience a joy. We will definitely be back to buy more. Love these guys!!

The Perfect Replacement

One week ago tonight on Thursday, March 3rd, 2016, I was involved in an automobile accident. I totalled my 1999 Silver Saturn SL2 that I bought from A Car Lot Inc in July of 2015. While waiting to hear from State Farm, I was proactive in looking for another automobile in case my Saturn would be a loss. I knew in my heart I would be calling A Car Lot Inc. first due to the fact they provided me excellent service last summer. On the morning of March 10, 2016, I called Brian at A Car Lot. I shared with him about what had happened. Even though I was not at fault, I was sick about what happened. Well guess what? Brian came through again! Knowing how much I loved my Saturn, he said, "Chris, guess what? I have an exact 1999 Silver Saturn SL2 on the lot. And an upgrade from the previous Saturn! All for a great price! And the owner of A Car Lot, Eric, not only filled the Saturn with gas, he topped off my rental from Hertz! At A Car Lot Inc. I promise that anyone will recieve great customer service.

Sight unseen purchase

We were shopping online and found what we were looking for. Called and talked to Brian and he disclosed all that was wrong with the 2000 Olds Bravado. Brian gave us a fantastic price, we drove 2 hers and bought it sight unseen. We trusted Brian, and have no regrets. He is a man of his word and we will most likely buy more vehicles here.

Willing to deal, but not what I was expecting.

Eric was willing to make a deal happen. The problem I have is I asked if there was anything mechanically wrong with the truck, as I was 3 hours away and wasn't going to drive up there to kick tires per se. I was told the truck was in great condition and that they had put $3000+ into it. I got there, test drove the truck in town and didn't notice anything major. Once it was purchased and we made it to the interstate we noticed a vibration in the front end. Got it home and had it taken to a local shop. They are unable to locate the source of the vibration, but did find that the rotors are badly warped and the brakes and lines need replaced in the front. If they would have been upfront about it then I would have passed on the deal and bought a different truck, but now I have upwards of $2000 to spend on brakes and tires just to start.

Good people, good cars

Having worked at a new car dealership in the past, I have always been a bit suspicious about dealers who sell ONLY used cars, figuring that they were selling the trade-ins that new car dealers weren't comfortable re-selling. But after reading the good on-line reviews of ACL, we decided to take a chance, since they had a 5-speed PT Cruiser that we were interested in. What a pleasant car buying experience it was! We were especially pleased to learn that the folks at ACL make a point of driving the cars they sell, so they are very knowledgeable about the condition of the vehicles on their lot. (And Brian, we're sorry for driving away in your current favorite, but it was just what we were looking for...) Even though it was 10 years old, the PT Cruiser we bought appears to have been quite well taken care of, and seems to be a very good running car. The ACL sales team provided friendly, helpful customer service, and we would absolutely buy from them again with complete confidence!

Great Place to Start your 1st Car

Customer service was awesome and quick regardless of the weather. Honesty and directness was met and any information on the vehicle was found or told upfront. I bought the 03' Oldsmobile Bravada Teal V6 4.2 with a 108,000 and it runs excellent!!! Thanks Bryan!
