    There is nothing more important to me than building a relationship when it comes to buying cars. I bought my first one from Superior years ago and today I still use the same salesmen Lyndon Reynolds. Mr Reynolds is professional, has a strong compassion about what he does, takes interest in every person and by the way.... calls me on every birthday. That is how you build lasting impressions and long standing relationships. This dealership has a gem in this salesmen and I plan to buy more from him as time passes on.

    This was an easy purchase. I knew close to what my trade was worth and what my difference number was. I asked Caleb to give me the best numbers possible the 1st time so I would know if I could get close to trading. He was close and then I told him what my number was and where we needed to be. He and his sales manager worked the numbers to meet my expectations. Thanks to both of them.

    For four years I've had my car serviced at Superior with no mishaps. This last time, they missed a simple corroded battery cable that left me stranded at night. A kind stranger jumped me to get me home. I called Superior to get help, but the service manager, Will, was in several meetings and couldn't help. I feel like I was let down. Checking the battery terminals is a simple five seconds check that could have prevented me from being stranded. Instead I was pressured to get my transmission fluid changed the last time my car was serviced. The guy I spoke to on the phone treated me like I was an idiot. He pulled some specs and said the terminals are hard to see. I can see it perfectly with corrosion on it. Not only do I now need a new battery, but I also have to have the terminal replaced. So a simple battery swap has cost me more than necessary because of a failure on Superior's part. I need to trust Superior to check everything they truly say they check and keep my car running smoothly. You depend on that knowledge. Depend on that safety. Make sure you check your own car because you can't depend on the guy changing your oil to do it.

    The salesman Daemon was very polite and made my brother and I very comfortable and made us feel welcome. Daemon found me the best deal. He wasn`t pushy in trying to get me to buy I wasn`t comfortable with. Daemon was very professional and has a great personality. I would highly recommend all my friends and family to Superior Chevrolet.

    I requested an internet quote and received an e-mail with what I considered a fair price. I sent a reply to the e-mail saying we would be in on Thursday morning. When we arrived it became quickly apparent that no preparation had been done for us. When we were first presented with a deal it was nowhere near the price in your e-mail. Thus began the endless salesman shuffle where he would disappear for long periods of time. At one point I was asked to go online to bring up the e-mail that you had sent to me. Finally the original offer was presented. The experience raised two concerns. First was the complete disregard for our time. Second was your failure to not initially live up to the price you had quoted. This was our second buying experience at Superior. You have not improved the time required. Everybody was nice, the facility is beautiful and we like the vehicle but it was not a 'superior' experience.

    The first time I went in I talked to Clem Johnson. I was not impressed with him at all. I called back to your dealership and asked to speak to a sales manager and Phil Durham answered the phone. He said he could help me. He was very good and very helpful. The only problem the day we came to make our final deal and pick up our vehicle was the long wait for the finance department.

  • Friendly service and great waiting facility

    The only complaint I have is when I got back in my Tahoe there was oil /grease on my console from the person getting in or out of my Tahoe.
