Beware! Do your own research.

Beware when they tell you your rate and monthly payment. They don’t seem to be knowledgeable about the lenders they use. Marc the manager recommended a lender and told us our rate and payments. We asked multiple times about if the rate and monthly payments were confirmed since we bought on the weekend. He reassured us that it was fine and he wasn’t worried about it. We went home in the new car and two days later he called to tell us our rate went up as well as our payments because he didn’t know the guidelines for the lenders mileage requirements. It’s more than frustrating that the manager doesn’t know lenders guidelines when having customers us them. Marc offered nothing in return for his mistake except to return the car, after we already had to put new tires on it. Very disappointing. Make sure you do your own research. Don’t trust them to give you all the info.

Fantastic experience

It's seldom that I go online an write a review. However, the service and easy, straight-forward approach to selling/purchasing a car that I experienced at Gage Auto was so refreshing. Stand-outs would be Ethan as a young but very professional and knowledgeable sales representative. He knows his stuff and has a great future in sales - fantastic. Luis as Sales Manager - again very professional and courteous. Made the negotiation (which was really pretty short and easy) enjoyable - and that's from one Sales Professional to another! I got to meet Ron Harkey briefly - very nice guy, and courteous. All in all, I would recommend Gage to anyone that was looking for a quality used car. Thanks guys!

Not straight forward!!!!

My wire and I just recently bought a used truck from them. We paid cash and specifically asked (When they requested our SSN) not to run our credit. They assured us they would not. They told us that it was for some 911 security no buy list. Blah, blah, blah! I called them once I found out and they said “You have great buying power and don’t worry about it! Don’t trust a Salesman!!

I took my daughter and young grandson in to get a safe, reliable car. Jason and Sergio were a great team to work with and we left with a great SUV at a great price that I feel very comfortable with my daughter and grandson being in for years to come. They made the process so easy and gave us some really good advice. I will come back to Gage in the future for all of my used car needs.

really bad experience with sales manager

The sales manager Sergio Ovalle was not willing to help us or work with us to find a solution he was rude and on top of that he kept lying that we didn’t have no credit that he couldn’t do nothing for us and he never asked for our information
