Never again will I come to this dealership. Should have known after the last time I stopped bye to have my key repaired and Glen broke my custom, limited... editon Fender VW key. He was changing the battery and somehow managed to crack the whole casing of my key! And yet they still charged me the full $80 for the battery... literally no one cared that it was ruined. Last week I had an oil change and when I left my radio wasn’t working properly.. called an talked to Ashley who laughed in my face saying an oil change couldn’t have effected the radio and that I could come in and spend $90 on a diagnostic. She had the nerve to laugh, and argue with me on the phone! I was in absolute shock couldn’t believe it. She was of ZERO help. Found out that they unplugged my battery during service which didnsomething weird to my radio and it just needed to be reset.... she couldn’t tell me that but google did. I will go completely out of my way and drive an extra hour to go to the Orland Park VW where they could not be nicer. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
We as family went in twice to this dealership to buy more than one cars in a weekend only to get low,,, no very low, trade in values from the manager,... if your willing to take less than your car is worth you will be fine,otherwise stear clear of here, this manager will want to give you peanuts!
The sales staff is extreamly helpful and go out of there way to make your purchase as painless as possible I delt with Fernando R. , Chris and even the... General Manager Jim B. You can't find better people if your looking to buy a car.
I dealt with Sandy over the phone, very nice to deal with. She was told by the used sales manager (Shay Omar) that they needed a 1,000 dollar deposit to... hold the car. I offered 300 due to the fact I was waiting to receive a 500 refund from a different dealers deposit. He did lower it to 500 but like I said I only had 300 available at that time. that wasn`t good enough. The next morning my son and I left out for what would end up being a 5 and a half hour road trip to St. Charles IL... We had a 10 A.m. appointment, as soon as I realized we would be running late I called and let them know it would be 11:30 -12:00. At 11:30 Shay calls my cell and ask how much longer because another party would like to look at the vehicle, I told him I was 15 miles away according to google maps. My son and I pulled into the lot at 11:45 to see the other party looking at the vehicle....REALLY!!! who does that knowing how far we came! We were then told that we would have to wait to see if they were going to buy the vehicle before we could even look at it because that would be disrespectful to the other salesman who was selling the car out from under us....REALLY!!! basically using us to make the sale with them knowing we were there to get that car,( if you don`t buy it, he will) sale tactic. They had a similar car with the same options they were pushing on us, but we drove that far to get that specific color. After driving 5.5 hours and waiting 2.5 hours I needed a cool off period so I took my son to lunch. Over lunch they called and offered the other similar car to us for the same price. same specs.,same mileage, it already should have been that price regardless!!! the over all shape was similar, neither car was flawless. I was ready to walk and they decided to give us a whole 200 extra off for all of our troubles....whoo! The vehicle was for my son and he really wanted those options so we settled. I`ll say they know what their doing and very slick. We knew we still had a 5 and a half hour ride in front of us and was signing papers pretty quick instead of looking them over. Basically they didn`t give us the extra 200 off either, that one is on me for not noticing. Would I deal with again, I`d have to say I`d rather pull my own fingernails off!! Shay is by far the most underhanded and deceitful person I`ve ever met. I really hope I have the pleasure of meeting him in person one more time in my life.
Sales personnel were professional, caring and accommodating. They listened to our questions and concerns and made the situation right. Thank you! Service... department was knowledgeable and professional. My wife is already looking at a VW SUV and Fox Valley VW will be our dealership of choice.
Nice waiting area. Prompt attention upon arrival, addressing the work I needed performed. Wait time was reasonable and I was on my way. I appreciated having... my car cleaned up as part of the service.
Glen Mungo, my service advisor, took very good care of me during my visit. He carefully explained the “whats and whys” of the service being performed and... everything was done in a prompt and courteous manner. It is a pleasure to be served by a knowledgeable professional like Glen. My interactions with the service technician, parts manager, and cashier were all positive and left me a satisfied customer. Kudos to all.

Chris Evans was an excellent salesman. You can tell he’s newer, but it made me much less on edge than I normally am when buying a car. Not only would... I recommend the dealership to a friend, but I would recommend Chris himself to a friend.
David Savodge was the finance manager who helped me in my purchase. He came across as helpful and was vested in making sure that I received the best possible... financing on my purchase. I appreciated his help and genuine nature. After finalizing the sale, I found out my car came with only one key. After speaking with Jim Bucolt he was able to get an additional key at a cost that I thought was fair and left me feeling positive with regards to the transaction and whole experience. Based on my initial interactions with this dealerships and their willingness to make sure I felt good about my car purchase I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership.
