Bishoy was fantastic! He gave me a deal on the phone and honored everything that was promised. My BMW i5 was clean and charged. Customer service was phenomenal. The dealership is high tech, clean, and offers great amenities (the popcorn while I wait for finance was a nice touch). 5 star experience here. Call Bishoy if you want your next BMW… I drove past 4 BMW stores for a reason! I’ll be back in 3 years for my next one. Thank you Bishoy!

Brought X-3 in for a service and was assisted by Stacy. It was for oil change, cabin filter and spark plugs. I also mentioned my wiper blades front and rear were streaking and those were replaced too. Spoke with Gianna about an extended warranty details as well. Both were pleasant and courteous and answered all my questions. Vehicle was serviced in the time quoted. Thank you

Stacy my service consultant and the loaner rep were both friendly and professional. Stacy also kept in touch with me throughout the process. Yes I recommend BMW of Riverside. They've had my car for a month now.
They've had my car for a month now. I still have no idea when it will be repaired nor what the damage is. The excuse for this is going to be that the collision center is separate from the dealership, but the attitude of "It's not my problem" when you don't have your car is insulting. As for the service department, they took two weeks to get a new actuator in for my driver's side door. The door does once again lock and unlock, but now the window thunks when it rolls down. It's easy to give a good review when there's nothing wrong with your car or when you've just bought the car you've wanted. However, the rubber hits the road when things are less than perfect. "I don't know. You need to ask someone else" says everything that needs to be said about this dealership, its service department, and its affiliated collision center.
