Good salesman, gave us many options and ideas. The problem area is staying within budget of 100 dollars a month. 120 would be pushing it bad. The finance... People try to get you to go way over budget and the interest rates are insane. They will not help you get a decent car unless you are willing to go beyond your means. I am not into losing the down payment, the car any trade in and having to pay for outrageous fees after all is said and done. It turned out to be a waste of time, but was a good experience with friendly people.

I wouldn't even give them one star but zero stars isn't an option. I swore I'd never step in that place again after buying a car from them over 20 years... ago and I'll tell you why. I was looking at a car, they told me to take it home and try it out for a few days. The next day I got a frantic call from the salesperson telling me to get the car back to them immediately. 1. I was a work. 2. I lived in Big Lake, my child's car seat was in the car and had no way of getting back home. I questioned him as to why he told me to take it for a few days and then now needed it back immediately, he would only say, "you need to bring it back now." I had to leave work, bring the car back only to find out that there was another interested party in the car. That interested party was there when I pulled up and the glared at me as if I stole their car. What?! Then it was on, the first party to get their financing in order, got the car, mind you I had no way home, no way to pick up my child, at this point, my car seat for my child sat in the parking lot until I got the financing, being glared at by the other party for the duration of the transaction. It was nuts but I never complained to them about my disgusting experience. Fast forward, hearing their ads the last few years on the radio, makes you think maybe things have changed. Nope, went in today to get information on leasing a vehicle, possibly buying a vehicle. I wanted to find the best option for myself. They wanted to know how much money I wanted to give them for a down payment. I asked what was required, no straight answer. ?? Back and forth with no answers from them on a handful of questions. How hard is it for them to say we require "X" amount of money down on the car you are inquiring about etc. Asking the financial questions to come together on the best option for me. I guess they don't have that kind of time, and need to move on to the person that knows exactly what they can do. Time is money after all. Didn't ask me anything that would get me into a car that fits my needs and budget. I basically was walked to the door. Get this, after talking with one of the sales associates, I was passed off to another, it felt like a joke between them. Then I was told, that everyone was out to lunch that could help us and that he would put some numbers together and call me back. What kind of crap is that? Does that even make sense. No...Did I get that call? No. Did I know I wasn't going to get that call as I was walking out the door? Yes. They are not interested in finding a car or program that fits your needs. Apparently I wasn't good enough to talk to. I will not only tell anyone who will listen to my story, but I now can post my distain on social media to my hearts content. Horrible people and horrible place. I'm sorry you don't have the time to fit me into a car, that that makes me a lesser human being. Gilleland Chevrolet made me feel like dirt, that I was a piece of garbage. Even hours later, I'm completely astonished at how I was treated. Again...

If you change your mind they'll treat you like dirt. Basically ignore you like you are not there. Very rude from manager to sales rep. Take your money... else where

I purchased my first vehicle yesterday from Ben Kasten. Which was the best experience considering the nerves I had walking in. Ben went above and beyond... listening to what I wanted putting me in the perfect car. Himself and the Department were very patient answering all my questions. Disappointed that they would not repair side trim on the Silverado with only 38000 miles due to obvious failure of adhesive used to apply the trim. easy... fix by them but used the old and tired excuse that its not covered by the warranty. if you want to keep your customers you go the extra mile. I will be going the extra mile to the next car dealership when I trade this truck in

AMAZING service! Highly recommend these people!! They were so helpful when we were traveling thru St. Cloud with our family on a vacation and our front... lower ball joint totally broke! We got towed there and they had us back on the road in just over 2 hrs with a new ball joint in place. We are SO thankful & appreciated all they did for us!
