I just purchased my second Highlander from Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. My sales representative was Simon. He was helpful and patient with me above and beyond. He made me comfortable and worked with me to help me buy the Highlander I wanted and stay within my budget. I would recommend this dealership over any other in the metroplex. From sales, to finance to service. I have used Pat Lobe for over 11 years and would go nowhere else to buy a vehicle.

My Service Advisor, Cannon Campbell, waited for me to drop my vehicle off on a late Friday evening. My SA was to have the weekend off so he set up everything for a perfect handoff to another recommended SA, Hisar Odeh to stand in for my guy, Cannon. The service team was able to resolve my mechanical issue and Hisar did an excellent follow through. My continued faith and commitment in Pat Lobb is purely due to the excellent service I receive from the Service Department, but most notably Cannon Campbell!!

I was at this dealership for twenty four hours to secure my pickup truck. I verbalized when I sat down that I was going to do outside financing, and was then prompted to trade in my vehicle prior to being told the bank was closed and I couldn't secure the truck until the next day. I'm firmly of the mind this was done intentionally to secure in-house financing. The people were nice. The facility was nice. Simon was great. But the organization of the purchasing was abysmal.

Quick response when you enter the service center whether it’s just for low pressure tire or something more complex they always seem to be very concerned about your particular situation. I’m very happy with them have been happy with them and hope to be happy with them in the future.
