    Recently, I had an unfortunate experience when I visited Lexus of Chester Springs to test drive with intentions of purchasing a Lexus 450h. After writing my review detailing my experiencing I was contacted by Andrew Greim, General Sales Manager. Andrew sincerely apologized for the mishap on behalf of the dealership and gave an explanation of what occurred. Andrew offered to correct the situation and make things right to meet my original expectations to my satisfaction. Not only did he meet my expectations, but he exceeded them. He had the car repaired (at the dealerships expense), detailed, and delivered to me at over 140 miles one way. He sent two drivers (one for the return trip in the event I purchased the car), one of which was a technical expert on the operations of the car and its features. Both drivers, Jeremy and Keith, were pleasant and professional and easy to deal with. They took the time to go on an extensive test ride and patiently explained every feature the car has to offer including personally setting up our communications and Bluetooth devices. The spent over two hours with us to complete the transaction and ensure we were completely satisfied even though they were facing a 2 1/2 hour return trip. The 2013 Lexus 450h I purchased looked and drove like it came off the showroom floor. Without Andrew's intervention and professional salesmanship, I would still be searching for the right vehicle. Hats off to Lexus of Chester Springs for getting a second chance and doing the right thing. Thank you.

    I have been with Lexus of Chester Springs for several years because the people are genuine and they have always accommodated my busy schedule. Recently, I noticed a funny noise, but being 460 miles away from Chester Springs, PA. I opted to let the local Lexus dealership near my home town in Ohio diagnose Lexi (my car's name) to make sure it was nothing serious. LONG story short and not naming names, let's just say, it was a horrendous and time wasting experience. I initially took Lexi in and got her back 4 weeks and $3,400 later, with the problem not solved. After taking the car right back with the un-resolved issue, it took the dealership another week to re-evaluate my car and came back to me with a $12,000 quote telling me that I needed a new transmission and radiator! This came as a total shock since I have always kept up the maintenance at Chester Springs and Lexi happens to be an LS, the paragon model that Lexus produces . People that drive this car take pride in the performance and its sustainability. Since I thought it was premature to be talking transmissions, I reached out to Lexus customer satisfaction and spoke with Stephanie. She listened to my concerns, was punctual with her follow ups, and upon completing an investigation, she ended up shipping Lexi almost 500 miles so the experts at Lexus CS's could have a look. In less than 24 hours upon her arrival, I got a call from Steve Anderson, in service, informing me that it had been a misdiagnosis, and the $12,000 estimate that the first dealership had given me was not on point and that he would be in touch shortly after they perform a thorough scope. Within a few days Steve's team had found the issue with my car, and fixed it at the tune of $1,200, and had her ready & running perfectly! In a follow up call from Steph, I thanked her for refunding the dealerships initial error, for shipping Lexi to PA and back to Ohio after it was fixed, and expressed my appreciation for handling this matter so professionally. Everyone that know me, knows how much I ? my Lexi Lady, but when the time comes to buy my next car, Chester Springs will continue to get my business and my trust. Thank you again service team at Chester Springs!

    This has been by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We had the great privilege to work with Josh, who takes the art of selling to a new level. He is professional, knowledgable and very amiable. No high pressure sales pitch...just a wealth of knowledge regarding the inventory, and an appreciation of customer circumstances. In the end, we purchased a used RX350, plus an unexpected bonus of a sweet CT200hybrid for a great price! This dealership gives fabulous pricing from the start, so there isn't much incentive to haggle. In addition, when purchasing L-certified vehicles, the cars are in splendid condition, and there is the amazing bonus of free carwashes for the life of the car! What a brilliant Perk! I would highly recommend this dealership and their superb staff(especially Josh), to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle, Lexus or not! Bravo!

    Bought Es350 and financing specialist encouraged me to purchase service plan that would be refunded if not used by time car was paid off. He said it was a "no brainer". Car was paid off, no refund. After months of follow up, no more responses and no refund. Was told the offer was from an outside company and they no longer offer these types of plans. Not even a service discount or partial credit so I don't feel like I was taken. So essentially I paid $1600 for nothing

From Al who always greets you with a smile to Fred and Steve who are always great and professional and Steve Anderson, the Service Manager who can wow you with his knowledge, their honest professionalism is nothing short of spectacular.     Worked with Josh Copeland and Steve Mathis to purchase our 2013 certified RX350, our 3rd RX over the years. Josh and Steve were extremely pleasant and professional, while applying absolutely no pressure buy. Their title clerk, Ms Debbie Sam, was excellent in having the title and registration transferred to DE so that could we were able display a "permanent" license plate" in 1 week. And their technology guru, Jeremy Mitchell was about as patient a person he could be in explaining and demonstrating all the technological features of the car. He even came to our house in DE to provide the tutorial and stayed with us for almost 2 hours. Thus far, an outstanding 1st time experience with Lexus of Chester Springs.

    This is just my luck. I was told "your car has been secured" then the next day I find out it's a different one being delivered. It was a shock at first, and didn't get the price I asked, but what do you do? The next day, the finance fee goes down 1% more. Ugh. If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck. The car is beautiful, in fact it's too fancy, but I'll get used to it. hahaha. Great ride, comfortable and will serve it's purpose. Hearing how the management spent a day and a half running around trying to find a car for me is impressive! Things go on behind the scenes that you don't realize are happening just to make your experience a pleasant one. I do wish I had pushed for an answer when I asked about protection plans to consider at sale because I really would have liked to review them before signing for the car. That's my fault for not making sure all my emails were answered.
