Just buy a new car from a dealership and be done with it.

Just buy a new car from a dealership and be done with it. I purchased a 2013 (certified) used Kia Optima. Like the others who were scammed for the extra 2K for the GPS navigation device and the ceramic paint coating I also was charged a premium for a car that had over 80K miles on it. My bad. I wasn't feeling my best and shouldn't have gone looking for a car that day. Within the first month I had to replace the tires and the car ran like crap and still does. I brought it to the local Kia dealership near me and they informed me the car needs an additional 7K of work done with no Guarantees. In addition to the mechanical failures I had to replace the brakes and rotors myself. The car pull to the left and the front struts are shot leaking fluid and ripped boots. I guess I'll have to have that fixed as well. I quite sure the engine needs replacing too as per the Kia dealership is working on to this day. I managed to get a couple thousand miles out of it to this day 6 or seven months since purchasing. I am elderly with disabilities and can't believe I fell for this. I've been looking around and noticed I could've purchased the same kind of vehicle only much newer and half the price. BTW, instead of purchasing the tracker just hide an air pod somewhere in the vehicle. The unit they put in just connects to your EBT port under the dashboard. I removed it and it's battery went dead in a matter of one day. Don't believe the dealer responses to negative reviews because they lied by responding to my first review and said they replaced my engine. TOTALLY FALSE. I have copies of that Correspondence. Just to add to my files. I thought this would be my last car I needed to purchase but such as life. If the dealer isn't successful replacing my engine I'll probably junk the car even though it looks ok. I couldn't in good faith pass it on to someone else. Do but the warranty because you'll need it. I already capped it out so it's useless now but should have been five years. It lasted 5 months most of the time at the Kia dealership. I could keep writing but I've already put it too much effort into this nightmare.

The advertised price was not the price for the car.

The advertised price was not the price for the car. They added the cost for a "Ceramic Coating" $595.00 and the cost of a tracking device "another $995.00" It was not an option to not pay for those add-ons. It is a very deceitful shady practice. So instead of the $11,800 asking price, it is $13,390. Not including their doc fees and tax. If you want that much for the car, list it as such. Don't lure people in with a deceitful practice.

Don't do it.

The price is not as advertised. Listed at $11,900 then wanted me to pay for ceramic coating, a vehicle tracking device, and registration. These are the people who give used car sales people a bad name.

Mike was awesome!

Buying a car from Mike was the best experience we have ever had. We traveled from Arizona to buy the Pathfinder we wanted and my first conversation with Mike on the phone convinced me that Legacy Cars was the right place to buy. There were no sales tactics, no maneuvering, no up-selling;I found the car I wanted and they sold it to me at a fair price. We were in and out in about 45 minutes.I took some of Mikes business cards back to Arizona with me to earn dinner on MIke! Nice job Legacy!

Easy to do business with

Great overall buying experience. Very satisfied. Came in prequalified for a loan, and they got me a better deal. Even helped me get a service warranty contract. :)
