I bought my fourth car here and they offered me no special pricing until I compared it to another dealer. They then switched the deal on me when I arrived.... They also neglected to tell me that the perks of buying there had been discontinued! I never would have bought the car there. I have attempted to reach the GM in person and by phone and he won't contact me. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.
Overall, my experience with Newport Lexus wasn't bad , but also it wasn't pleasure time when I are considering about the service I had compared... to the money I spent. It was very inconvenient at the very first time. I arrived there at 6pm because my reservation for testing drives with the Newport Lexus was at 6pm. They couldn't find the car, like they even didn't know where the car was, it took an hour to find the vehicle. I believe that they weren't ready for me at all. When I bought the car at the same day, they said there are no problems except the stereo system, so they would fix it at the coming weekend which was Saturday. However, I found a crack on front bumper, which is pretty much xxxxty that they didn’t really look up details. Anyway, I waited their call until the Saturday, but there were no call from them, so I called internet sale team on next Monday about the stereo and the crack, and they said the part (stereo) hasn't arrived yet. He made me have an appointment at 7:30 am on next Saturday. I had to wait another week for that. At the early next Saturday morning, I showed up (7:20am), because the internet sale team(the guy) told me to do that the reason was Saturday morning gets crazy busy, but even the place wasn't opened when I got there, so that I had to wait for an hour until 8 or something to talk with service Dept. Finally when I had a chance to talk with them about my appointment, they didn't even know any of my situations. And plus, the sales guy just didn’t show up without following up and explanation; basically I went there without appointment and any of trust. So they took my car for next few days to fix it, (By the way, the guy said it would take top 2 hours). They did very good job at my car at least, the condition got as good as new one. Anyway, he promised me that he would fill up my gas tank because I make many trips to get the services from the Newport all the way out from where I live, but well guess what, he even didn't that job also. Additionally, I am not even surprised that how clumsy he is, he didn’t give me 2nd vehicle remote control key. So that, I called him several times to discuss about the key. Whenever he answered my phone call, which is very RARE, because he is like no answer or out of desk or on vacation. He said he will call me back whenever he figures it out, but I haven’t got a single call form him, and I am still waiting. I can’t say he is the worst sales man at the Newport Lexus, because I haven’t met all of them and I have met the worst one before. However regardless what I experienced with other dealers, he is not good at responding and problem solver. He wasn’t ready for me, he didn’t respond at any different ways regardless he is sick or whatsoever, he didn’t set up any appointment for me, and he broke his promises. Ali Moallem is absolutely incredible. He is a true professional and goes above & beyond for his customers. He listens, is attentive to your needs, and... makes the leasing/buying experience smooth. This is the first car for my Sister in Law and second car in my family leasing from Ali, and he is truly the reason I continue to remain loyal to Lexus. As a person in the sales/service industry, I am personally wowed by his people skills, and ability to connect with his audience. I would recommend anyone to see Ali Moallem at Newport Lexus. You (Ali) have certainly made us a customer for life, definitely worth our time and drive from our home in Mission Viejo. I must say Matt Mahjoob was the great person in the finance department.
Was given false info on many features on my new Lexus. During first service my car was left filthy with grease hand prints on hood and boot mud prints... on door jambs. No one told me my service was complete I found my car after asking and walking around dealership for over 40 min. The key was in it so I left. Service Director Jason Johnson said they went above and beyond. More like above and beyond bad service.
My wife and I bought a SUV this past June at Newport Lexus with the help of Vance Remmy. Our experience with him was beyond expectations. Vance is both... knowledgeable and professional. He is a good listener too. Once he understood our needs, he drove in and out, walked up and down the three story inventory building searching for the cars we asked about. The process, including test driving, took hours but he never lost his enthusiasm and patience. Because of his positive attitude and thoughtful assistance we decided to purchase a RX350 on the same day. He later provided great post-sale services, helped us to ease into the new car. Thanks to Vance, we are very pleased with our new vehicle and consider Newport Lexus the best dealership in orange county to buy a new car!
I was inquiring on a pre owned Lexus this dealership had posted online. A.J. went to the lot sent me pics and verbally called me while describing the... vehicle as I was in Washington State. His customer service and personality was outstanding. See him and tell A.J. "go osu beavs".

i tried to buy a car from there which took 2 days for them to respond then i was told by a manager that he was to busy to handle the paper work. After... i finally got the paper work back i signed it and returned it back them and asking them for the wire instructions. 2 Days later i was told the car was sold. Very bad business practice and will not trust them for any transactions
The manger of internet sales tried to sale us a car I found the same car at another dealer but lower price he said why don't you go their and buy your... cat so we did
