I spent a year researching the new car I would buy. I carefully chose all the options and even texted them to Dan. I went to get the car, they had me... pay first then inspect the car. I went to get the car, they had me pay first then inskect the car. The dash was damaged (yes a new car) and did not come with the engine block heater I specified. I have drove this car less than 400 miles in two months, it’s in the shop for the fourth time to have them fix it to be not damaged and to have that block heater. They have lied to me, not given me a loaner car and refused to just give me the new car I ordered. Now I’m stuck. Don’t do business with them, they won’t treat you with respect or take the blame For their errors.
We certainly understand the frustration associated with your new Blazer purchase. As you know, we located a vehicle for you from another dealer, and ...didn’t notice the scratch on the dashboard until we were in the process of delivering it to you. We immediately indicated we would replace it with a new one as soon as the part arrived from GM. We are not sure where the miscommunication regarding the block heater surfaced, but we acknowledged a mistake was made, and agreed to install one at no charge to you. We understand that this is a major purchase and want to make sure you’re completely satisfied, which is why we did not hesitate to take care of these issues as soon as they arose. It is also why we offered to deliver your vehicle back to you after the installation, as well as provide a complimentary oil change for your frustration. We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience, but hope that you are able to start enjoying your new Blazer now that the scratched interior piece has been replaced and the factory block heater has been installed.
Our no pressure experience was very enjoyable and we plan on returning when we are in need of another vehicle. We started out talking with Jordan before... coming in to test drive. When we arrived Jordan was busy with another customer so we ended up dealing with Garrick. Both gentlemen were great to work with and easy to talk to. Our purchase included a vehicle brand change and of course with that came many questions. All of our questions were happily answered. During our final paper signing process with Billy, there was no pressure to sign with the most expensive package. He made sure we were getting the best option for our needs.
Service (Tyler) went out of his way to accommodate my warranty repair. I truly appreciate the personal service!

Excellent knowledge about our new Equinox from our sales people. We did not feel pressured to buy the car. We are in our 70?s so getting help learning... how to operate all the electronics was very important and they did a great job showing us all the details.

Chad was extremely helpful he had my van even though it was used ready for me to take a test drive. I had contacted them over the phone and he held... the van for me till I arrived from Michigan. All the paperwork went through smoothly I had to tow my vehicle back using the van that I purchased help me hook up the trailer and get the car connected to the van was great if I lived a lot closer I would be more than happy to go there and buy another vehicle.
Chad Hartwig and the folks at Dondelinger had the truck I was interested in ready and waiting when I got there. Chad knew the vehicle inside out and did... a good job showing me what I was interested in-he actually asked questions about how I use a truck and what I was interested in. He was a pro! I told them I liked the truck and had one other appt. They gave me a very fair trade offer (I normally sell on my own, but it was a fair trade offer) without any pressure. I still did my other appt., but we negotiated a straight forward, fair deal and I purchased from Chad and Dondelinger. The whole thing felt pressure free, professional and easy. Again, Chad was a true pro! In addition, my wife had a Saturday breakdown in Brainerd a few years ago. That's over 2 hours from home for us. Despite a full schedule, they got her in and back on the road within a couple hours. These two experiences make me believe Dondelinger listens to customers and does their best to help with both sales and service. I'd definitely make the trip there to purchase again and would not be afraid to do my service there if only I lived closer!
