Cars need cleaned, gased up and tires aired. All the cars I drove needed attention to the interior. Some needed maintenance. The salesman was very... nice and helpful.
My 18 yr old purchased her first car, yes we did test drive it, took to parys store had them put on computer everything had checked out. She financed this... car, 1 wk after driving off the k oj t this car will take fits and not start. Called Finks and and asked them to just fix this issue and got "as is". This is her first purchase, and kept our business within the community and they will not make this right. REMEMBER SHE ONLY HAD IT FOR 1 WEEK.

Found our car here, after looking at other places. No arm twisting like we encountered in other dealerships. Cordial, informative, and let us think . Very... good experience. Car needed some maintenance work right away (oil change, brake pads, windsheild wipers) but it is a used car. They were honest and suggested we have it looked at by a mechanic, and in this case suggested we go to a dealer in this brand because it has some unique features.

Bought a vehicle here , took it back the next week for repairs . The vehicle had very little heat in the cabin , and a door lock that would not work with... the power button or key fob.They repaired neither and salesman told me they really didn't have a competent mechanic there to do the repairs. I dealt with it a couple months and decided to call the owner. If I buy a car from a dealership for my wife , it has to have heat . The owners son spoke with me , and I assumed it would be addressed. Salesman called me the day after and tried to tell me it was repaired when I brought it back the first time and that i would be responsible for paying for the repair .My response was I bought it for my wife and I expect the heater to work. I told him to have the owner call me. Two weeks later I'm still waiting on a call .......Bottom line is , they do not inspect these vehicles , before putting them on the lot. In addition to little heat and a faulty door lock , I found it had paper thin rear brake pads and only two of the four brake calipers working.After the sale you do not exist. Don't even bother with these clowns. Quick as a wink you'll get screwed at Fink's .

Drove all the way from Columbus to look at a few cars they had, for my 16 yo son. Took the first one, a 2010 Kia Forte Koup, for a test drive, and the... front brakes would not release all the way from the rotors (likely bad calipers). Back brake pads were non existent, and gouging the rotors. The car was otherwise pretty clean inside and out, and I would have taken it (I can do brakes myself). Even with those issues, Mr. Clark wouldn't come down 1 penny from the asking price. Felt like I drove all that way for nothing. Didn't even bother looking at the other 2 cars there I was interested in. Just ended up leaving, and the guy acted like "whatever, I don't need your business." If your not willing to negotiate on your prices, then PUT THAT IN YOUR ADVERTISING, or at least have the courtesy to let someone driving all the way from Columbus know that ahead of time. Complete waste of half a day. Would NOT recommend going here.

I'm sorry but... we were unable to accept the 50% discount you offered Mr Clark. With the completive market on the internet most of our inventory is already well below national averages. Chatted with sales person via text and he sent me pics as promised of vehicle. After looking at vehicle on line we noticed that they increased the asking... price $1000.00 more than the original price

They were upfront and honest with the cars past. They didn't hide anything, although the easily could have and sold the car for more. They even recommended... other cars knowing exactly what was perfect for me. Friendly service and great people working down there. Keep up the good work guys!
