I bought two Toyota Camries, one in June 2014 (Toyota 2005) and the other in Dec 2018 (Toyota 2014). They are the best cars, but the batteries are bad... in both cars. the first one died just 6 months after I bought it and the second one died just after 1 year and half. I still recommend this dealership for good running and long lasting cars, but double check the batteries before you drive away. To replace the two batteries cost me more than $350. Just double check the batteries!!!

After giving feedback for dissatisfied customer service, I had the general manager Jamie Harberle reach out to me quite promptly. He explained things in... detail and clearly to me - a completely inexperienced car owner so I appreciate his patience and understand better about my car issue. Also, he gave me free inspection and charge for air conditioning as a courtesy to compensate for my unhappy experience before. He's also very accommodating. I kinda feel better after talking to him honestly. I would like to talk with him for any service when I come to do the service from now on since he tries to understand from my perspective as well. he definitely did give a good impression to bring me back to the dealer for future service. Anyway, appreciate his response and offer!

I'll explain in detail but bottom line It's a terrible idea to buy non-Toyota vehicles from these people. I bought a 2010 Volvo V70 from them early October... 2019. What was missing when I bought it 1. Rear view mirror 2. Front Grill Emblem Price was negotiated down because of this. My issue is it's 11/25/2019. Over a month and a half and the replacement parts finally came. It took them over 90 days just to procure a rear view mirror and front emblem. And they bought the rear-view-mirror used. What their dealership mechanics screwed up. 1. Wrong engine oil type 10W 30 instead of 10W (or 0W) 40 2. Wrong Air Filter (Non OEM) 3. Oiled the Air Filter too much 4. MAF Sensor now either broken or clogged constantly 5. Air Duct possibly clogged with dirt and dust from improper installation of Air Filter. That'd make the most sense as to why I got P0101 DTC constantly. Also the front windshield mirror's housing is leaking. So if it rains it'll leak into the front cabin. If I was to go to a dealership to get it fixed it would've cost easily 500 USD for labor alone. I could go into more detail but I don't think you need it, just don't buy non-Toyota cars from these people. I've had Volvo's in my family my entire life, it takes a lot of screw up a Volvo, but somehow they managed. I learned my lesson, thankfully this was my first car. If I'm going to get tossed a Lemon it might as well be now.

Very professional and friendly. I've had a good amount of work done on an old beater to keep it running, and they know the deal. Nothing they've worked... on has been a problem after they got their hands on it. They always have a good appointment time available and they're quick and responsive. Customer service is great - Josh remembered me from only a couple previous visits. I'm keep coming to this dealership as long as I can.

When I first came in the service guy was very Friendly. I liked how he let me know on average how long an inspection will take, so I could be aware of... how long I will be waiting. I also enjoyed that there was WiFi while I waited.

Mr. Archie was very nice and welcoming when I arrived. I came in for an oil change. I liked how attentive he was to the details of what I needed. He advised... me of a recall and help me make an appointment for that. Mr. Archie would come in the waiting area and advised of how long it would take. He was very courteous. I'm going back to get my tires aligned and I hope I get Mr. Archie to serve me again.
