they left the glove box open and empty after checking the cabin air filter. they also did not reset the clock after cleaning the battery terminals
Spent three days dealing with their internet sales manager and ended up literally feeling sorry for him. The Peter principal on steroids. Too bad, owner... is highly regarded.
Fantastic buying experience. Greg Faison and Jake Thompson both went above and beyond in helping decide which vehicle best fit our needs and then searched... far and wide (multiple states) to find the exact match that we wanted. After the vehicle arrived, I was in and out in no time - much faster process than any other dealership that I have dealt with in the past - thank you Bill Dixon. Also met briefly with Brian Brewer to discuss servicing our Sienna - and again, I was treated with appreciation and look forward to having Brian work with us on keeping the Sienna running perfectly. When it is time for me to upgrade my truck, Toyota of Newnan will be the first place I stop. And I will be asking for Greg and Jake. Everyone, from Walt to the sales team and finance are very easy to work with from negotiation to driving out of the lot.

On Sunday, 13 Aug. 2017, I went on line and was looking for a new Nissan Rouge or a Toyota RAV-4. I spelled out that I wanted the best drive-out price... and to notify me by email. About 12 dealers responded but half tried to call on the phone. I hate sales people on the phone. On Monday, 14 Aug, I received a email from Toyota of Newnan and the sales person, Julie, had included all the information I was seeking and had listed a great price for the RAV4. I immediately called Julie and we discussed the car I had in mind, color, etc. On Tuesday morning, 15 Aug, when I turned on my computer I had a email from Julie with everything that we had discussed the day before. I made an appointment with Julie for 1200 the same day, Tuesday. Upon my arrival at Toyota I was greeted by a friendly sales person who accompanied me inside this great dealership and to meet Julie. After meeting Julie, she had the car key in her hand and the car we had discussed had been parked right outside the door of the dealership. Julie showed me the features of the Rav4 and how great the car looked. After a few minutes we went back inside the dealership and started filling out the paperwork. I was so impressed by Julie and the RAV4 that I did not take it for a test drive. Julie is a joy to do business. She has great customer service skills and it not pushy at all. I left the dealership at 1400 (2.00) as it only took me 2 hours to complete my purchase. During the time I was in the dealership I was offered several bottles of cold water and all the people were friendly. I can not say enough about my dealings with Julie and Toyota of Newnan. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota to visit Toyota of Newnan and ask for Julie. She is a GREAT person. George Bullock, Fairburn, GA
We did an extensive search for our 17 Tacoma SR5 Double Cab and at the end of our search I found Newnan Toyota and gave Justin Stephens the Sales Mgr the... pending deal we had with another Atl dealer. He worked out the numbers within thirty minutes and beat the deal handily so I committed and Justin handled everything step by step in a very efficient manner. We are from North Florida and Justin also handled lining up a Sales Rep Erwin Wilson to pick us up from the airport the following week as we flew in to take delivery on a Sat morning. We were treated wonderfully by Erwin as he was there waiting on us and had a great conversation on the way in to the dealership. We had a last minute request and as with the previous treatment up to this point Justin allowed us to look at another color we wanted to see in person and we switched from White to Inferno which is a beautiful vibrant color. The time spent at the dealership was actually relaxing as they were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and Vu in finance got us in and out in record time. We will be loyal customers going forward and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership as we will send them our future business as well as friends and family.
The service and care I received at Toyota of Newnan was exceptional. Muhammed worked tirelessly answering all my questions and concerns. Then he went... one step further by introducing me to Niki who had the same make and model car I was interested in. She took special interest and showed me how to use functions I was not familiar with and programmed my phone and garage door opener to sync with the options on the car. Justin McCain was awesome. He worked patiently with me and seemed to be as excited for me as I was for myself once we made the deal. Walt was awesome, as well. He personally thanked me for my business. It was my pleasure. They took care of me all the way around.
I had decided that I couldn't afford a tundra. I went looking for a Tacoma. After speaking with Maurice Amie, I had a lot to think about. He provided me... with info about new and used Tacomas as well as tundras. I hesitated to buy, and I shopped around. I quickly realized that Maurice had been honest and fair. Because of the legwork he'd done to present me with options as answers to my questions, I felt he'd earned my business. Notice that "pressure" has been excluded.
My husband and I drove out of this dealership with a new 2016 Toyota Camry XLE because of Chris Kenner who was not your typical high pressured car salesman.... He listened to what we were looking for and how much we wanted to pay for a Camry. He was extremely patient, sensitive, attentive and professional in answering ALL of our questions. We had not bought a new vehicle in 10 years. We were able to trade-in our 2005 Toyota XLE 6 without any haggling or drama. He was fair and open in negotiating our purchase. We will highly recommend and refer our friends, relatives and strangers to Chris because he can be trusted evidenced by how he treated us. We have bought many vehicles in the past, but have never met anyone like Chris. Great job Chris!!! Bill, the Finance person was personable, patient and thorough. His sense of humor was timely as he handled all of the paperwork with ease. By the way, the Service Department is very good. It serviced our old Camry for thousands of miles. We expect the same excellent service with our new Camry.
I had a really great car-buying experience here. It was my first time buying a brand-new car; Muhammad, the salesman, was extremely patient, and helpful.... He explained the process clearly, and did not push me at all to make a hasty decision. I test drove three different cars, so he gave me the payment options for all the three of them, and allowed me to pick the one that best suited me. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Newnan, and Muhammad Khan specifically, to everyone!
