I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, the 2nd

I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership, the 2nd one about 8 years ago. The building is the same worn-out structure it was back then. The service dept. area is tiny and outdated. The car lot is so small they can't fit many cars, so most of the inventory is scattered on different lots along Blanding Blvd. This makes browsing for different colors or trim lines very time consuming. As for the sales experience, both the salesman and General Sales Mgr. (Tiago / Glen Owen) lied to me about the tires on the Tucson we were buying. The car doesn't have a spare, so they assured me the tires were run flats. After getting home, I found out they were not. Multiple calls and an email went unanswered. No ethics and no accountability by the Sales Dept. Next was the Finance Dept. (Roberto). We bought the car on Monday and we had to unfreeze our credit report. He "forgot" to run the credit report then and by the time he "remembered" the report was frozen again. On Friday he called in a panic to unfreeze our credit report again so he could complete the loan. Now it's Tuesday and we still don't have an account number for our loan. The whole experience has been a struggle. Needless to say, we're done with them. There are 2 other Hyundai dealers in Jacksonville and I have dealt with both of them. Much nicer facilities, an actual car lot to look at cars and more competent staff.

Legitimately the smoothest vehicle transaction in my life

Legitimately the smoothest vehicle transaction in my life and I’ve purchased over 20 cars personal and business. My wife and I called on a Aunday when many other dealers were closed, spoke to Andrew Chisholm, told him what we wanted, he tracked down the exact trim package and color we set up and appointment came and and drove away with the New Pallisade with in 1.5hrs including detail, finance ect. Thanks Andrew, Victor, and the rest of the team, could not be happier.

Tavaris and Lamar were absolutely great.

Tavaris and Lamar were absolutely great. They helped me with any and all things that I needed. I came in looking for one thing and they help me find something even better. At a price that I can afford. They made sure that I was comfortable with the payments, they made sure that I could afford the payments, and they also put their name and their reputation on the line just to make sure that I was taking care of. They made me feel as if I was one of their own like they were taking care of a family member because they want the best for me. I have never experienced where I went in a car place and they showed me so much attention and paid attention to what I wanted. I went in for a Subaru and came out with something even better a palisade and I love it the people were great not just the people who helped me but also the ones around make sure I was comfortable as well. I am truly grateful for them. The experience, the service, the all-around help and everything else included was top tier. I highly recommend I give them 100 out of 10. Thank you I am truly excited for my new ride. If you want good service, if you want to be treated like a family member, if you want your opinion to matter, if you want someone who's going to work with you and have patience with you go to Hyundai of Orange Park I'm sure you won't regret it. We found the service and staff to be above and beyond.

We found the service and staff to be above and beyond. We aren't local. We were traveling from Sarasota, Fl to Virginia. Going down the highway all of the sudden, the car slowed down and the check engine light started flashing. We found Hyundai of Orange Park not far off the highway and went in looking for help. It turns out that the dealership was under water trying to catch up after having been down due to a cyber attack on their system. We spoke to the service manager (Sherman Cooper), explained our situation and asked if there was anyway he could get us on our way the same day. He not only got us out the same day, he asked his mechanic to work past closing to get it done. Though we had to wait several hours, it was to be expected due to the overwhelming workload they had. The staff checked on us regularly. The waiting area was stocked with snacks, coffee and water. It was the very best we could have hoped for under the circumstances. Our gratitude to Mr. Cooper and his staff. They're amazing.

Service department does not care about the customer.

Service department does not care about the customer. I asked 4 days ago for the service department to email a copy of the invoice for an Anti Theft update. I talked to several people in a Chat as well as some lady on the phone. They assured me that they gave the request to the appropriate people in the service department at Hyundai of Orange Park. 4 days later, still no return call or email. I need this, because my insurance rates are going up, because i can not get a copy of the invoice from Hyundai of Orange Park. I called on the day that the car was brought in, so it would be easy to access and send to me. I have bought several cars from Hyundai of Orange Park, between 2008 and 2020 and was planning to buy a car here in the near future, But if this is the way they treat the customer after the sell, i will take my business elsewhere.

First time getting a car there in 2020 it was a awesome

First time getting a car there in 2020 it was a awesome experience. The last time I went after getting a letter about them wanting to buy older newer car. So I go in and get bounce around one person tells me one thing then I get told something else from someone else.

Not good.

Not good. Megan, the online sales person was polite and timely. Then she turned it over to someone else. In my opinion, his communication was rude and condescending. “you want to buy this car and we want to sell it to you”. I never received a reply email from the sales manager. They wanted $ 10k over the asking price. I have ZERO confidence. In “his” terms, when he wanted my OTD price (the acronym took me a while to understand) I never replied. I figured he’d accept, they’d take my money and I’d never see the car. If you see a car advertised by this dealer, KEEP GOING!!

Service was OK when I first bought the car.

Service was OK when I first bought the car. Slow but they got it done, it's a very small service department. It definitely has not improved since then, tho. I had the car dropped off after hours and didn't hear from someone all day the next day. The agent who was given my case eventually picked up the phone that afternoon but was kinda pushy, "I'll call you when I have an update." I let it be for three days before I called back again and only got a vague inspection report in a text. Finally got someone to answer me four days after leaving the car there. I guess the work is going to be good since it's under warranty, but I can't fathom why it had to take so long just to get an answer.

I purchased a Genesis G90 on Saturday, March 31, 2024,

I purchased a Genesis G90 on Saturday, March 31, 2024, and completed all the necessary paperwork. On Monday, I just had to pick up the check from the bank. When I informed the dealership about some issues with the car, such as shaking while driving and non-functional ambient lights, they took three days to address the concerns. Unfortunately, they only rotated the tires and did not provide a second key or fix the ambient lights. The ambient light they attempted to fix was still dim. Despite these issues, I asked them not to let this be a dealbreaker, but unfortunately, they did. When I went to pick up my trade-in, the salesman did not say anything except to get my stuff out of the car, which I found to be unprofessional. In hindsight, I should have checked the reviews before dealing with these individuals.
