    The negotiation was expected and fun, Christian was pleasant to deal with and very nice. The financing department was very fast and efficient at closing. They are under constructions so keep that in mind, still the lounge had a very happy vibe to it and the salespeople seemed happy!

    The service I experienced at Kia Northlake was appalling. I would recommend to never go this service center for any of your needs. I had 4 bulbs in total replaced at Kia Northlake. They charged 162$ in total for this service. I did not receive the complimentary car wash, and one of the bulbs that was replaced did not even work. This simply means that they did not even check to see that the bulb was installed properly after charging me nearly 40$ per bulb to be replaced. I then asked for a refund, and the service administrator stated that everyone had left, and I would have to bring the car back. He did not ask to reschedule an appointment with me, and just stated bring it back in when you???re free. I waited 2 hours for this service to be done, and without an appointment would have waited even longer than that. The lack of care for such a simple fix shows me that I can not trust this service center for any major issues I may run into.

    I just replaced 4 bulbs at Kia northlakes service department. First of all, they charged 36$ to replace each bulb. It took 2 hours to replace these 4 bulbs. They did not even give me the complimentary car wash, and last but not least one of the bulbs they replaced did not even work. I complained to the service advisor, physically showing him that the part that they claimed they replaced did not work, and asked for a refund. He stated that since all the service technicians had left, and they couldn’t retrieve the part, a refund was not possible. Mind you, this was literally 2 minutes after I had received the car that they just worked on. He then stated to just come back when I’m available rather than even schedule another appointment with me. I’d rather let this dealership keep the 36$ I have just wasted than ever go back to this location. I can not believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of care I have just dealt with.

    We had such a nice car buying experience at Northlake Kia! Christian and Alex were extremely helpful, no pressure at all here. It was not your typical 5 hour, can't wait to get out of here experience. We got a great price and it was really an easy process. A friend I work with recommended Northlake and now I too will recommend them. They truly make it easy and great customer service from everyone!!

    I am a returning customer and just leased the 2018 Kia Optima SX from this dealership. The sales experience and customer service was excellent which made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Amir Saleem (Manager), Michael Culley (Sales), and Lior Hanka (Finance) were so wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a Kia to visit this dealership! Aside from these fantastic employees and the great deal I was given, I absolutely love this vehicle! Kia really does make great cars.

    Great vehicle great dealership i I purchased my 2017 Kia Sorrento from this dealer a year ago. Aside from the great service I got from my sales person Luis, The vehicle has proven to be one of the best I've ever owned. And believe me I've had just about them all including a Lexus RX. The Sorrento in my opinion passes the RX in fit and finish and feels and drives like a much more substantial vehicle. I am extremely happy with this vehicle and would recommend it to anyone considering a Kia

    A few members of the Napelton KIA on Northlake sales staff should not be selling cars they should be in jail! Let me explain: I went in for services Memorial Day weekend 2014. A cocky sales person talked me into a trade in for a lease. Since it was Memorial Day weekend, they had a special for U.S. Military/Veterans. $400 cash back if you served. I asked the sales person if I was eligible. I am a U.S. Army veteran; he said no I was not. After signing for a very expensive lease ($263/mo.) for a base model KIA Soul. I got a phone call from a grumpy secretary tell me ???If I don???t bring in my military discharge paperwork, she will add $400 to my account??? I when down there with my DD214, and explained I did not receive the Veterans cash back as advertised. Not her department, she says! Can I see the sales person or financial Manager??? Not here today she says. So I drove away that day with the disgusting knowledge that, not only did I get ripped off by the most dishonorable of human xxxx. But these dirt bags were targeting veterans! Somebody got the $400 cash-back. It was not me! I would Love to see the receipt, KIA will not hand out $400 without a signature. I do believe forgery is a felony! In addition, if I can prove more than just those two mentioned were involved then I believe that is conspiracy which fall under the Ricco act. Which comes with mandatory jail time! Now I have turned my KIA lease and this company, which I swore I would never do business with, sends me a $490 bill because I will not buy from them again. I say they got their money and then some! But if I don???t pay by next week, this company will destroy my near perfect credit score. I just had to go through the rigmarole to get another car and cannot afford for KIA to keep picking my pocket! I recently called to get a copy of my file, but again the financial manager not available and not returning messages. After paying for 4-5 cars over the last 2 decades, this is how KIA treats longtime customer and local veterans.
