    Got a great deal on a new Insight. Stan helped me out and made sure to get the best deal compared to local competition. Their GM got on the phone with... the finance company to negotiate the rate down so my payment was where I needed it to be. I was able to complete all this by text so that all I had to do was sign papers when I showed up at their dealership! Give Metro a try!

    Buyer beware: I wrote my initial review 4 months ago and here I am again. Metro honda of union county sold me a car with illegal tint without telling me.... I set up an appointment to get it fixed, a sales guy came and got my car, brought it back to me and it was a botched job (visibly done quickly and was bubbling and peeling-not to mention they didn’t even take off the illegal back window tint). I called BRIAN BACHA who is the current sales manager MULTIPLE times, left multiple messages and he never called me back. I figured he got fired, it would make sense. I went to get my first service 2 weeks ago. While I was waiting I saw him and reminded him that he never called me. He assured me it would be taken care of, and that he would call me THAT DAY to set it up. No call. I got a call from the service department the next day to see how my experience was. GREAT experience with the service department. Since I was already on the phone with them I had them transfer me to the sales department. Talked to Richard (General Manager) who said he was glad I called, that he would have Brian call me. 2 minutes later, Brian calls and gives me the run around as to why he hadn’t called me back (at this point I wasn’t shocked that he didn’t, I just needed my windows fixed). We made an appointment for me to come in the next week to get it fixed. I told him AGAIN what EXACTLY I wanted done, which at this point wasn’t a hard concept because I’ve said repeatedly that all I want is for it to pass inspection. So I show up (I arranged to work from home). Brian seemed to be a different person as he had NO idea what had to be done AND since he told the guy (Maxsim) who also traveled all the way to the dealership (only to have his time wasted too) that I only wanted two or three windows redone, the guy didn’t allot for the time to fix what actually needed to be fixed. So the guy had to leave and my windows were STILL not fixed. So I wasted my time AGAIN. And to boot Brian was a complete jerk about it. Apparently he doesn’t have the best reputation around the dealership for being nice. No customer service whatsoever. It was amazing to me how he couldn’t grasp the concept that I just needed my windows to pass inspection. He even had a guy from the service department come over to test the windows and (as I thought) they were illegally tinted and the first guy who tinted the other windows the first time (which were botched) never even took off the back window tint. Anyway, at this point I am frustrated because I’ve made the time AGAIN and now I am coming home again with a car with a really bad tint job, not to mention STILL illegal. Since Maxsim (the second person to do the tint job) was there at the dealership, I scheduled with him. He understood exactly what needed to be done and we made an appointment and today he took off all the old tint and put new film on and did it within two hours. It looks great and dealing with Maxsim was easy peasy and pleasant. He knows how to treat customers. Brian should learn from him. No impressed with Brian at Metro Honda. In fact, I am very pleased with every other aspect EXCEPT for him. He was rude, arrogant and could care less about his job and his customers. Next time I will go somewhere else if Brian is still there, because if he can’t figure out a simple window tinting problem, I don’t dare try to buy a new car from him. Signed, a very displeased customer.

    This was by far the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Shon was terrific. He took his time with us but did not hover over us... while we shopped. In fact, he didn't even accompany us on the test drives, allowing my wife and I to really get a feel for the vehicle. The show room even had a game room, which kept our 9 y.o. entertained while we did the paperwork. That was a blessing in itself! I will say, however, that the detail department did not do a very good job cleaning up the car before we took possession, but in the grand scheme of things, we can overlook that. Thanks to everyone at Metro Honda for a great experience!

    I probably wasn't the traditional buyer. Discussed over the phone and only had an hour to do the paperwork. They got me in and out with all the paperwork,... the proper numbers as discussed and my new car in just over an hour. Easy Peezy. Thanks Shon for a great experience.

    WARNING LONG: Ok so here is the scoop: last year I had a dead battery as I headed our of town for a funeral. .I called the service department and the guy... told me it (BATTERY) was put in 13 months prior and is covered, so come in when I get back or find any dealer close to where I was going. I went into dealership upon arrival home. Armed with my printout of battery efficiency. The manager came out and said good news it is only the battery and it will be 70$. I asked about warranty and he quickly told me I no longer had one. After some banter, he went in "back" to check and came back and said I was right (this was a service manager) I was teary eyed and trying to hold it in. I felt like I had just gotten out of a trap. But the ended up replacing the battery. Fast forward to today...dead battery early this morning. I called the dealership and a man named Mike told me the date that the battery was installed  was 7/2015. So,After a jump and hitting the auto zone for a diagnostic (as backup for when I get told that it is something else) I went to the dealer. After about 40 minutes....I am approached by a service tech...he tells me it is the battery and asks what I want to do! I told him I want them to replace it since it is under warranty. He told me it wasn't, it was only covered for 30 something thousand miles. I stared at him and said that the battery was only 1 year old and I had not driven that far in a year. He said some more things I cannot remember due to the tears of frustration coming. I put my hands up to get him to stop and walked outside to cry. While I am out there he yells from the service bay" Do you want me to bring your car around"? I told him no it wont run, I want you to honor the warranty and put a new one in. He came out to me and proceeded to tell me I am mistaken, I must have gone to another place for the battery last year. He told me there was no paperwork to document that I was even there. I assured him I came THERE and sat in the waiting room and had issues with the replacement of the battery back then. He said I did not! I again assured him I most certainly did. He repeatedly told me I was wrong and must not remember where I went. I said to him that it was weird that the person who answered the phone this morning new EXACTLY when that battery went into my car. How would he know that if I had went someplace else? This guys assured me that there was nothing in the computer.  I was now hysterical, the man called me a liar. This went on as I asked for someone that can fix this issue since he could not. The manager came out and said he would look into it. Then the jerk came out apologize.....right after his boss went back in. They finally conceded to replace the battery....and upon delivery of my vehicle the guys said he "hooked me up". I assured him that he did not hook me up...the battery had a warranty. As he gets out of my car he says I am all set.....umm.. no paperwork? I asked where it was. He asked if I wanted paperwork. SERIOUSLY?????? I said "Wasn't't that the problem last time and you are about to send me out without paperwork?????" He said he could get me paperwork if I wanted it.....I  emphatically said YES, OF COURSE I WANT PAPERWORK, WHO PUTS A NEW PART FROM THEIR INVENTORY INTO A CAR WITHOUT PAPERWORK? He wanted to be sure I was not mad at the service department just him. I explained....still through frustration tears, that I have referred many people to them and I was very sad that I could not do that anymore. Silver lining: a nice salesman(?) Asked me if I was ok and asked if they even filled my gas tank. I told him they did not and he offered to fill up my tank. As we went next door to station he asked about why I was upset....he AGREED..... all of this was SHADY. I feel like I was lied to and disrespected. I cannot belive someone could be so callous and mean. Customer service is huge and word of mouth , sales and referrals, are the keys to success. I will take my business else where.
