What a delightful experience we had purchasing our Jaguar
What a delightful experience we had purchasing our Jaguar F Pace from Jaguar Hartford. The sales and service team were accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to the financial aspect which included a trade in. Shout out to Raquel, our saleswoman, she was top notch! We tend to purchase the luxury vehicles not only for the quality of the vehicle but the staff handling the purchase as well. Jaguar Hartford did not disappoint! We are truly grateful for the wonderful experience. Happy Holidays to all!

What a delightful experience we had purchasing our Jaguar F Pace from Jaguar Hartford. Spoke with Chris and Raquel on different occasions.
Spoke with Chris and Raquel on different occasions. Both times were rude and could care less about selling the car. Purchased car elsewhere. Love seeing the car I wanted STILL on their lot. I think they refer to this as “Lot Rot”.

I would like to commend Sales and Leasing Consultant Tylon ("Ty") Curry and Valenti Volkswagen of Hartford, CT. As a recent college graduate, I worked with Ty on the purchase of my first car: a certified used 2017 Volkswagen Alltrack. Now several months since purchase, I continue to be very happy with this car. Ty Curry and everyone at Valenti provided the highest level of service and attention. I would be happy to return to Ty for my future vehicle needs. He was personable and friendly, while being very professional. I especially appreciated his knowledge, attention to detail and responsiveness Thank you Ty for your efforts to make my experience fun and stress free!

Awful experience. I was excited to test drive a Jaguar F-Type that I was considering buying and when I asked Chris, their Sales Manager if I could, he asked me “why?”. What do you mean, why! I responded that I’m not going to buy a car that I don’t test drive first. Not sure if he thought I couldn’t afford it or just didn’t feel like helping me. Whatever the reason, I was extremely disappointed. If that’s how their Sales Manager treats their customers, I will never buy a car here. I will take my money elsewhere. You should be ashamed!

Had no issues with our purchase. They had the car we wanted in stock, worked out a deal, and purchased the car. Could have gotten a slightly better deal elsewhere but this one had the options we wanted. We were treated well and all our questions pre and post sale were answered promptly. Can't speak for service as we have only gone in for the yearly maintenance (unlike our previous MB's and Volvos, where we knew the service manager by name).

My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Atlas without ever setting foot in the dealership working exclusively with Ty. He was friendly, positive, easy to talk to, and quick to respond via phone call and text. We wanted the car before Christmas but it wasn’t possible, so Ty delivered the car to us to our house where we finished all the paperwork. He answered all of our questions. Best car buying experience!

Beware is an understatement. I was told my car needed to...
Beware is an understatement. I was told my car needed to be scrapped and it would cost $8000.00 to fix. The radio satellite module under the driver seat was damaged as a result of the sunroof leaking. We Youtubed it, ordered the part for $100.00 and repaired the roof for 145.00. It is working well! I will be notifying Consumer protection.
